Extremely disappointing return customer service
Awful experience returning an item that cost me £250, they allowed me to use Royal Mail to send my item back, however I’ve since been told they do not accept Royal Mail returns, the item was delivered back to their warehouse. I called boots a few times and they reassured me I would get my refund. 1 month later, the item has been lost in their warehouse, they are saying it’s my fault and they will not refund me. I am extremely disappointed to lose the £250 I paid, i have tried to speak to someone, they never call, only email, I just think it’s absolutely dreadful customer service and not nice to lose that money!

Every item damaged!!
The items ordered were just put in a too big box with no packaging - so they got smashed about on transit - items broken and dented - what a joke!!

I placed my regular order for Boots products through the website. This gave a significant quantity price reduction. Emails confirming the order and tracking its delivery were accurate and helpful. The product was delivered in good time and, for once, not very over-packaged.

Missing item and awful customer support
In classic Boots' style, my parcel arrived with no protective packaging and one of the items missing (likely fell out of the box) I have no idea how I'm supposed to get this resolved as their website tells me to email, I email, I get no response, not even an automated response?
I was already used to the haphazard way they package their parcels but now I'm just absolutely stunned at the utter lack of customer support.
