I placed my order 112452 back in July last year and paid on a Debit Card (big mistake).
I have never received a response to my emails - i even tracked down the company opposite the warehouse and they said he left months before having gone bust but was still trading. Does anyone know what his new company is called?

I ordered a supplement Biotest paid through PayPal but they never sent me the request or respond to my emails, so I resorted to decide cases with PayPal. Do NOT TRUST at all in this company they are fake completely.

bogus company. steer clear of.
they sold me supplements that they did'nt have and had to go through a lengthy 1 month process through paypal to get my money back as they did'nt want to refund me.!!.don't shop with this company as they are non legit.

Absolutely terrible service
i ordered some supplements from them once last year and they arrived after 3 weeks i emailed and got responses everytime so i thought at least they respond so its not bad. then early in december i placed another order and have still not recieved it to date i have rang possibly over 100 times and have never got through again. i have emailed them about 10 times and had no response, no refund and no supplements. I haver now reported them to the oft and have reported them to watchdog and suggest everone else do the same. order num 728

I ordered my item on the 30/07/10 and as of the 18/10/10 i have not recieved it nor have i had my money refunded to me. I find it hard to belive that a company can just not bother in replying to e-mails of which i have sent over 20 of them. Can you beliver of these 20 sent i have had a reply to 3 of them, all saying that a guy called Paul is looking into it. It's a absoulte joke that not even by phone i can speak to anyone an clear this matter up, as no one has ever pick up on me.
