As I'm writing this review, I have not received my wheel stand yet. But it's not because of bad reasons : I've been so impressed by the kindness, the reactivity and the general support of the team that I can't wait to leave a positive review.

To depict my experience, let's start about me: I'm kind of a nitpicking customer. I wanted an orange stand because I thought the black ones were too common, but the issue is my wheel was not compatible with it (the pedals mount to be precise).
So I asked the support if they could swap the default pedals fixation kit with an appropriate one for my hardware, and the super nicely accepted.

Cherry on top: they respond quickly and the delivery is free.
Thanks a lot guys, I think I'll love the stand.

The site is very simple to use, pick a region, go buy now tab & pick the item you want, then click 'buy now' follow the transaction process (name, address and payment method).

I got an confirmation email instantly and the processing / shipment email was the next day.

So I want to start off by saying that I never leave any reviews anywhere but I just had to make an exception here because their customer support is frickin awesome. They answered immediately and we're very helpfull by sending me a part that I was missing. Really top tier service!
And the stands themselves are really good aswell, sure you can't compare it to something really expensive but for the price it really delivers.

I cannot stress how good the products and the company is. The price may be steep but the customer service, product quality, packaging quality and online service is absolutely brilliant. The product itself is well built, lightweight and easy to assemble.

Unfortunately I had to return the item as it was too big for my room. It was a speedy return process and they kept me informed all the way. if you are on the fence about buying this item, get off and buy it!!

The product Wheel Stand Pro is really incredible the quality is unbelievable good, very strong, easy to use, 10 minutes setup, and after use easy to store. i can only say try the wheel stand by your self.
