Avoid their stand at the White Rose…
Avoid their stand at the White Rose Centre in Leeds! They refused to accept return of items: a scarf and a hat which I bought day before. I provided the untouched items back with tags and the purchase receipt. The stand assistants told me they wouldn't accept return and told me to go on their website: xtras to find contact number, on which I found a phone number: 01924360936 which is invalid. I was told that only they manager may authorise the return. When I asked to contact the manager, it appeared that he/she doesn't answer the phone. The rand assistant made me purchase the items by giving misleading information about the quality of the goods:they said the scarf is cashmere blend whereas in fact it is polyester. Tired to explain the consumer rights but was subsequently dismissed and ignored.
