Yourmoneymanager 

Happened upon 'yourmoneymanger' by accident (pressed a key on my PC inadvertently whilst roaming life assurance sites!) and so glad I did. Was already speaking to another broker but when Scott Young contacted me I was immediately impressed with his professionalism. He exerted no presssure on me whatever, listened carefully to what I was seeking and advised me with efficiency, care and sensitivity. Delighted with end product; would recommend without hesitation A real breath of fresh air.

I knew critical illness cover was important, I'd filled in a few forms online but got fed up of the calls from "Advisors" who were NOT regulated to give advice. Ironically I stumbled across Your Money Manager by accident and the service led by the MD Paul was a quantum leap from the persistent "gadgy" calls I had experienced. YMM explained properly that not all plans are created equal in what they cover, when and if they pay out and what they cost. My requirements were researched, the options of what was covered, when it would pay out, even statistics on insurance companies pay out performances came under YMM scrutiny. The service is telephone based, nil sales pressure, fully regulated by the fsa to give advice. I recommend Paul and his YMM team to everyone who has the potential to die as some stage in the future .........

From start to finish - paul, mark and the rest of the team - have excelled in every department with regards to their knowledge, patience, service and absolutely no pressure procedure !!

Nothing was ever a problem - and if all the other companies we unfortunately have to deal with on a day to day basis were ran as well and efficiently as this, with massive value placed on customer service and customer value - they would do well, making the world a much happier place.

I used Your Money Manager for life / critical illness cover for my wife and I - Paul and Laura were extreemly friendly and offered the highest of service.
The best possible life cover was provided for us , my wifes went without a hitch but I had issues and my critical illness cover was refused due to a missing hospital report... Paul and Laura stook with it and arranged an even better cover for me.
To say we are happy with the service we received is an under estimate .... I cant recomend them enough ...

Upon seeking advice on redundancy cover I entered a few details on a website and within an hour I was contacted by 'Your Money Manager' to organise a suitable time to discuss my situation. Problems with critical illness cover is every website you visit results in you receiving many phone calls from variety of people who recommend their product and demand you buy their product on the spot! What made me go with yourmoneymanager was 'no pressure' approach taken by Paul and his team. They were able to understand my needs and I was given enough time to think about my options. Scoty Young and I hit it off from our first conversation and my initial impressions were confirmed by the couteous, fulsome and professional service he has provided. At the time I was already speaking with another broker who was fine but who he hadn't covered the issue of trusts, nor had he explained the options, as regards jt and single life contracts, in the way that Scott did. My intention had been to share out some cover betwen 3 brokers but in the end I transacted everthing thru' Scott who was magnificent thoughtout.
