Fantastic
You can only really rate a company by the way they are when things go wrong. I ordered a CD key for a game on Steam, but the key that came through didn't work. I phoned the number in the email at 10pm on a Saturday. The phone rang a few times and was answered by a human. 5 minutes later I'd been emailed a working key. I couldn't ask for better.

Great service and Great price.
Had an issue with the code they sent so called the contact number on their site at 20:30 expecting no one to answer. Was very surprised to get through and got the issue sorted within 10 mins. £7 Cheaper than I could have got the game direct through Steam, only had to wait 30 mins for the code too.

Absolutely great, quick, so helpful.
I've ordered multiple times from ziip, always received codes within an hour and working perfectly.
However I feel a true judge of a company is how the deal with things when it does go wrong. I received a code that according to origin had already been used. I received a reply to my first email within 10 minutes informing me of the situation (as the error was the fault of EA and not ziip). I have now received a working code along with a transcript of the contact with EA and a heartfelt apology. It's so nice to speak to someone that actually cares about their customers , and I will most definitely continue to use ziip and recommend them to anyone I know who games!

Very impressed
I know I was only ordering a download key but It was late on a Saturday evening and I fully expected to have to wait a day or two before I received the email containing my code. Other similar services have made me wait around 48 hours until the key was sent and this was on weekdays.
However, five minutes later my payment had been processed and the key was in my inbox. Ten minutes later I was downloading my game and later that night I was playing it. The key worked perfectly and the download instructions contained in the email were accurate and easy to follow. Can't fault the service and I got the game for a great price. I'll definitely be checking back in the future.

Great price and great service. Have to admit despite reading many positive reviews, I was slightly concerned after about 30 mins so sent a quick email to Ziip support who promptly replied within minutes by which time my key had arrived in my inbox.

I bought a code and at first didn't work but after a quick email and an even quicker response (6 mins) I received a working code as it was just a typo error

Same Day Great Price
So i decided i want ot get football manager 2013. However Steam are still at full £40 for it. Now i can get it on amazon for £20 but it means i got to wait for it to be delivered. So i thought i would have a quick look and found Ziip. What a concept. So i got a steam code sent to me at the £20 price instead of waiting a few days for the hard copy. So i got my d/l on and got it within that day!

Great customer service
I measure a company by how they react when things don't go right. Most companies are fine when things are going right. I had a problem with one of my codes. Emailed support - reply within 10 minutes and sorted in under 2 hours (delay mostly due to me not checking sooner!). Fantastic customer support and obviously really care that their customers have a good experience and will return again. Which I will definitely do. Oh and the game was £15 cheaper than anywhere else! Superb!

Perfect and pretty much instant service.
I had no problems at all in purchasing Fifa 13 for PC. An e-mail with the Origin activation key was sent in seconds. I downloaded the game from Origin and had no problems installing or playing the game. Great service.

Dead Island 2: Riptide from ZiiP
First purchase from ZiiP and as always you never know when your going to be scammed or customer service is crap, however ordered the game (steam version) for code delivery at around 7.30 in the evening, purchase went through and delivery was around 10 minutes later. Excellent service considering the lateness of the purchase.
Kudos to ZiiP for a first class service, would highly recommend and would purchase from them again.

The price was good and the key was delivered soon after payment........ TBH I had never heard of ZiiP Gamestore before and I really had reservations, I checked some reviews here and elsewhere and others seemed to think all is fine. So I took the plunge :)
