Order canceled without notification.
I have ordered in zinc-ht a samsung TV which had very attractive price. I even received a confimation to my email. Unfortunately, next day, when I logged in to check the status of my order, I was suprised to see that it has been canceled! I have not received any notification and if I didn't log in I would probably still not know that my order is no longer valid. I have called them and have been told, that my debit card didn't get through authorisation, as someone else was trying to pay with my card few weeks before and this has failed the authorization! I got nervous as I was afraid that someone actually stole my card details. I went to my bank and after the check it has been told that there was not a single rejected transaction in the history of my account, so this doesn't sound plausible. Moreover, apparently the price was attractive, because the TV was ex-display, what was not mentioned at all when I was placing my order, as after my order got canceled the TV was still on their website, but with the "ex-display" annotation. Therefore, I believe that this was a true reason of canceling my order. After all I still guess it is better to cancel my order than to send me an ex-display, like to the author of comment below. That is the only reason why I give 2 stars.
To conclude, I would not recommend buying things online in zinc-ht or at least follow up with a call after placing an order. A lot of lost time and nerves and no transaction - that was all I got from them.

I was mislead to believe that I was buying a brand new TV, while in reality it turned out to be an ex-display item!
Nowhere on Zinc-HT or in the emails did it say that the 55 inch Samsung TV was not brand new. Only when the item was delivered the statement in the box stated that it is an ex-display item. I could not be bothered with the return, but was very unsatisfied with the service. I don't think I will ever buy anything from Zinc-HT and strongly recommend anyone either to stay away from this shop or follow up with a phone call prior to purchase to confirm that you are not being mislead!

Great price, great service.
Ordered a 3D tv and ticked 3-5 day delivery, this is at 6.30am in the morning. get phone call to tell me warrenty is only one year instead off 5 as indicated on website. decided to to take tv anyway. arrived next day. how good is that!. box a bit damaged at corner with the heavy rain that day. hope tv alright as its a xmas present for my special lady. great service though. plan to used this company again.

Superb personal customer service...
After finding Zinc-HT thanks to an excellent price on the blu-ray player I was looking for, I received a personal phone call the next morning to acknowledge my order and confirm what the date of delivery would be, which it was!
According to this purchase experience they have an excellent way of doing business - would highly recommend them.

Excellent service.

Impressive
Bought an amp off them simply because it was the best price. They called me back to ask if it was still acceptable as an ex-display model, I said yes and it was with me a day or two later. Difficult to fault them, really.

I ordered a TV from Zinc HT, and it arrived the following day at work as promised. The TV was worked out of the box without any problems. The Guarantee and receipt arrived a few days later in the post.
