The service was second to none. Excellent help was given on choosing the correct product for my needs. Delivery couldn't have been quicker (order was placed late afternoon and arrived 9am the following morning). Great prices, nowhere was able to come close to competing. I will recommend to everyone.

Best price I could find by a long way, loads cheaper that everyone else.
Also very good customer service. Delivery took slightly longer that expected. Not Xboxprecision fault though! Posted Monday and only arrived on Friday evening.

I have been through various different xbox headset be it the Ear force delta's or the Astro A40's but I thought I would try something different be it the Creative Wireless Omega series headset and wireless amp.

After having googled for the best price, xboxprecision was by far the best and I was abit worried as there are alot of sites out there to just take your money but there site looked great and I went ahead and ordered.

2 days later it turned up well packaged and its a great headset.

Emails get answered quickly, the price was great, delivery was fast what more can you ask for :)

Normally when prices are too good to be true you think to yourself it must be a scam, however after reading reviews on Trust Pilot I decided to buy from XBOX Precision.

I purchased the Turtle Beach Z6A Charlie edition headset for use with my XBOX 360 and my experience with XBOX Precision are as follows:

Price - Supremely excellent, cheaper than GAME by £60, ShopTo by £15 and Amazon by £25 at time of purchase.

Customer Service - If I was to be critical I would have to give 4 out of 5 stars. This is because the item I ordered showed as in stock, however only through Twitter I was told that they would be in stock on Wednesday when I ordered on a Monday.

So maybe xbox precision could be more accurate with their stock reflection in future, this is critical for those wanting an item asap assuming that their item is in stock.

However as I mentioned twitter, email communication is great and they always keep you in the loop. As a gesture of good will XBOX Precision upgraded my order to next day delivery which was fantastic. The courier used was UK Mail and the item did indeed arrive the next day at 8.30am. Top Class!

Product - My product was packaged in a good sized cardboard box protected by air pockets. The item was more than adequately secure. Also I found some sweets in the box which was a nice touch.

My headsets worked great as expected from Turtle Beach, but at this moment in time I cannot comment how well this company would deal with customer returns if an item did develop a fault.

Therefore I rate this company 4.5/5 stars. Unfortunately the rating system here does not increment in halves so full marks to XBOX Precision, rest assured you can buy in confidence.

I ordered a Turltle Beach XP500 CoD edition headset for my sons birthday. These guys kept me informed daily at what stage the order was at and even upgraded it to Free delivery and wrapped it for me to make sure it arrived in time.
Fast, Friendly, Helpfull and the cheapest deal by far on this headset. These guys couldnt do anymore to help than they already did and just when you think that was it my son finds packets of sweets when he opens it.

I've been looking for a wireless gaming headset to replace my (now falling apart) Medusas for months and I've been put off by the price. Saw the great deal Xboxprecision was doing on their Turtle Beach headsets and had to check the price with them... not only were they the cheapest but they answered all my questions about how to install them on my PC and got them the next day!
