I have ordered parts on three occasions until two years ago.
First part arrived with much begging.
Afterward, with much correspondence, other parts have not been supplied after billing.
My x type parts account showed refunded ultimately after much complaint, but after two years, no refund has been received on my VISA.
No response to most communcation.
These people are running a fraudulent operation !!

Ordered parts about six months ago. Received nothing I only wish I'd read reviews before ordering. They're quick enough taking your money but don't deliver. They don't reply to emails, texts ir phone calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they are total crooks.They don't deserve one star.

ordered 3 items back August 31/2015 and as of now, no response to my emails, no products... and reviews tells me that i lost $57.000 usd,
so, i only have one alternative but to make a complain to consumer reports and try to canx charge on my c/card.
never had this kind of service from any other companies on internet.

Ordered a water bottle cap for my x-type from these rip off merchants over a month ago, and guess what no part has arrived, and no contact from them whatsoever despite numerous attempts to contact them by e-mail and phone. If you call either of the phone numbers listed it goes through to voicemail, and tells you that you can't leave a message! Only saving grace was that I only lost £6 (yes, they took the money from my account easily enough) and I've since changed my account details as I don't trust them to try to take more money. As has been previously stated, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
I'm off to trading standards now.

I ordered a part from these bunch of rip off merchants in October....It is now February and guess what? It hasn't arrived. When you try and call it says their voice mail is full.....No surprise there, full of people trying to get their money back no doubt. Emailed them and.....yeap you guessed it....no response....They didn't seem too shy when it came to taking money from my account DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

What a bunch of cowboys. Ordered door waist seals on 24hr delivery and never got my goods - weren't even dispatched to the courier. I paid £64 all in and am still battling to get my money back. They never answer the phones and my advice is to go elsewhere. As I can speak French, I have read the French review posted on here and it is another case of someone not getting their goods. No reply to their emails either. What a surprise. Go elsewhere for Jaguar Parts.

Needed a new SatNav/DVD player for my X-Type. Rang the company, very helpful - had one in staock. they stated they would send it courier - I wanted Royal mail Special Deoivery so I could pick it up. They obliged. Arrived today, perfect service fully working. Highly recommended. Thanks XTypeParts.com
