Over 30 days waiting, then my entire order was cancelled
I have used YesStyle many times over the years, but unfortunately my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
One of the items in my order was listed as taking up to 21 days to restock. I was willing to wait, but it ended up being over 30 days, and during that time YesStyle actually updated the item listing on their website to show that it was in stock. Despite this, they were still unable to fulfil the item in my order.
I eventually decided to cancel that item and contacted customer service to request that the refund be returned to my original payment method rather than YesStyle credits. Instead of simply processing my request, the customer service representative, Carla, cancelled my entire order.
This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering I had only asked for one item to be cancelled and wanted clarification about the refund method.
I have also noticed that YesStyle's prices have increased significantly compared with other websites, while the customer service experience has unfortunately become worse. Waiting over 30 days for an item advertised as a 21-day restock is already frustrating, but having my entire order cancelled because of a customer service request made the experience even worse.
After using YesStyle many times, I expected much better. Based on this experience, I will definitely be reconsidering whether I want to order from them again.

Say Yes to YesStyle (amazing products, affordably priced and delivered expeditiously!)
It was an absolute pleasure purchasing from YesStyle! I placed an order with them in the same day I did with SBC, the SBC order has been lost, ostensibly flying around the world with no end in sight; meanwhile, YesStyle gave me the option to expedite my order for $3 and I received 6 different SPF options for the fam, 2 biodance mist sprays, 2 cleansers, and an elegant formulation of a night cream in 4 days. It was shipped via FedEx and easily trackable! It’s ridiculous to see people making excuses for SBC saying things like SPF’s cause customs haunts that last for extended periods or that if you want “Real” Korean products you have to be patient. Any semi-adept consumer knows that after a month with no meaningful update or scan on your purchase is a problem and when you reach out to customer service only to be ignored that is a glaring red flag! Thankfully, YesStyle gets you the amazing products you want as quickly as you can possibly get them! They arrive well packaged and protected and at beyond reasonable prices.
