It took over 1month to arrive, tried to contact customer service with no answer. After few uses the gold turned silver and brown. Bad quality. Would not recommend

ONE HUGE SCAM
I’ve ordered ring for a friend’s birthday. The birthday itself was on 29th of October, I ordered a ring on 7th. For the shipment to the Netherlands I paid 12 euros! My ring went missing, no emails, nothing. I contacted the customer service, they told me to check other post offices in the town. Unsurprisingly, there was nothing at all. Since that my emails and calls have been ignored. It is 28th of January, and I have never heard anything about my ring ever since. No refund, no answers, nothing. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM unless you want to be robbed for almost 60€.

Ring bends easily don’t but this its not worth it.

Awful customer service. The rock on my ring fell off and I emailed and messaged the customer service team to see if they could do anything to help and I got ignored. Spent 90 pounds for nothing. I wouldn’t have even minded spending a bit more shipping or something for a new ring but even with the proof I gave them I’ve still to this day have gotten no answer. I really did like the ring but honestly they need to work on customer service because they are definitely not here to help.

my boyfriend ordered me a ring from she’s iced a month ago and payed a wild amount for shipping, 90 dollars in total and no ring to be found. I am beyond pissed, he spent his hard earned money on a ring for me and it was a scam! STAY AWAY FROM SHES ICED!!!!!

I would give them 0 stars because they did not deliver my ring and also do not answer on my emails. I also didnt get my money back it is 3 months ago

Shes Iced is awful with no customer service. Emails are ignored. Everyone needs to complain to Shopify and TikTok to get this con artist removed.
She is targeting youngers on TikTok which is despicable. My son has accepted he will never receive the ring he ordered.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Haven't sent the ring and asked for them to cancel my order was left on seen multiple times. The same ring is also on shein and amazon for so much cheaper. Very scammy.

Don't buy here my son ordered a ring here for his girlfriend with express delivery and insurance weeks ago, still waiting and no respons what so ever on update requests. Birthday has already past, I think it's a scam!!

Scam business. Don't order, you will just waste around 40$ for a ring that you will never receive. Scam

My son has been waiting since the 8th July for a ring he bought his Girlfriend! 2nd August still no ring!! No replies to my messages or emails..
Only received 1 message from them after purchase that's it!
And he chose this over pandora!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered a ring which I did not receive as there was some issue with the courier company which ended with it being returned. The first time I contacted them they responded the next day. After making sure the ring was being sent back I obviously emailed them asking for a refund. They have been ignoring my numerous emails for many days now and even deleted my comment on their TikTok where I was asking them to please respond to me. Also worth mentioning that they are posting new videos on the app so it’s not as though they are inactive.

Look I really like the ring my bf got me for 6 months and it's the Aurora ring I saw on TikTok couple months before and showed him and he got it from here everythings good w it but I was on shein and I saw the exact same one for 8 something it's all real just like the one I'm wearing rn, guys pls go search up if u can but it on shein or something because this is not fair to buy one for 40 and than 2 weeks later seeing it on shein for 8. Pls jst check of it's on other apps for cheaper and stuff cuz this is a massive acam

I ordered a ring for my girlfriend but wasn't sure what size to get. They helped me find the right size and the owner was very patient and sweet :) I also got nothing bad to say about the packaging and shipping! Overall very good expierence with She's Iced.

i recently bought the “aurora” ring and i have to say i am over the top happy with the product. the shipping was perfect, packaging on point , not a scratch on the product i recommend this 100% and i will 101% be coming back to buy more.

I found the ring on TikTok and ordered it the same day. I was nervous because I don’t like buying from small businesses but they were super helpful and helped me find the right size for my girlfriend and told me all the information on when it should arrive. They were very nice and good quality rings too, plus my girlfriend loves it and wears it every day which is great!
