If I could give it a 0 I would Perhaps the delivery drivers some stress management and customer service training. Our delivery driver NEVER smiles, I don't think he has the capacity. I think if he could throw the parcel at our door he would. Today he arrived F'ing and blinding because he bottomed out on our drive. Now a, if he wasn't driving like he was escaping a devil sent to chase him from hell it probably wouldn't have happened. b. Apparently it's my fault as 'the drive is not road worthy' which is funny because just before he came a very pleasant friendly smiley driver from another delivery company delivered a parcel and didn't feel the need to yell at me. And the postie managed to traverse the unworthy road without speeding or shouting at me to deliver parcels and post. In fact he stopped to chat for a few seconds about the weather. And I just don't see how it can be 'un road worthy, because I drive up and down it, the neighbours do too, and my husband in his transit van the same size as the guys van....IYes, the drive isn't a slick slalom featured in the velodrome at the Olympics, but it's no more potholed than half the roads in Herefordshire you just have to drive SLOWLY! I suspect the real issue was A. the heat, not my problem b. it's a long way out of town for him to come, again not my problem and c. the fact that a poor couple had broken down at the end of the drive and were blocking him from going the way he wanted too. Which as he explained to me meant he had to go back in to town. I mean how selfish of the couple breaking down, right in his way... What were they thinking? He then started banging on about a parcel box, to which I explained I don't own the drive and cannot do that. He kept saying it would be easier- yes for you but what happens when my parcel get's knicked because it's right by a public road? He carried on attempting to argue with me as he climbed into his van. I managing to remain calm (and not tell him to take his shit attitude somewhere else) I said look I don't know how you think having ago at me will help? He replied a half apology that he was frustrated... WELL I AM FRUSTRATED that you have come along and yelled at me about things that are your own fault. Perhaps slow down, speak nicely to people, try to smile or at least say hello. I am sure you would find me, and all your other customer's more amenable, more willing to help.. If you could not arrive like an outlaw escaping the sheriff, yell at me and speed off kicking up dust like you are on a bloody stallion in a western

I am absolutely disgusted by Healthy Paws’ recent policy changes for pets over 7 years old. After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I never expected the company to effectively reduce coverage just when senior pets are most likely to need it. Healthy Paws has downgraded reimbursement rates and more than doubled deductibles for older pets, leaving long-time customers with significantly worse coverage despite years of faithfully paying premiums. Many of us purchased pet insurance specifically to protect our pets as they age, yet Healthy Paws appears to be changing the rules once pets reach the stage of life where coverage matters most. What makes this especially frustrating is that existing customers are essentially trapped. After years with the company, switching insurers often isn’t a realistic option because of pre-existing condition exclusions. Healthy Paws knows this and still chose to reduce the value of coverage for senior pets. Numerous pet owners have reported similar changes affecting pets aged 7 and older at renewal. This is a terrible way to treat customers who have supported your company for a decade or more. Loyalty clearly means nothing when corporate profits are put ahead of the people and pets who trusted you. I can no longer recommend Healthy Paws to anyone considering pet insurance. If you’re shopping for coverage, pay close attention to what can happen when your pet gets older—because that’s when you find out what kind of company you’re really dealing with.
