We booked business class with Turkish Airways and it was a terrible experience. Our flight from New York to Athens was fine but coming back was the worse experience I’ve ever had in 40-years of flying. We arrived in Athens the day before our flight was departing. And because we were already at the airport we decided to see if we could be moved to an earlier flight versus staying at the airport for 16-20 or so hours. The agents at the airport couldn’t help us so they told us to inquire online. We called them 8 times over a 4-hour period of time. The 1st agent said she would call us back in an hour to confirm - she never did, we had to call back. The 2nd did the same-thing. The 3rd was able to make the change to an earlier flight and quoted us $900 per person. We agreed to the up charge. Not long after, my wife gets a text message stating that our credit card was charged $9,000 for the earlier flight. The agent argued with her basically calling my wife a liar. I was right next to my wife listening. The agent went on to say that if we didn’t want to pay $9,000 than she would cancel our earlier flight and we would not be charged. But we were. She went on to tell us that she also canceled our original tickets that we paid $7,009 for and ultimately we had no way home. CRAZY! We had to purchase tickets from Delta to get home. This airlines customer service is terrible! NEVER USE THEM!

Once they have your money the attitude changes straightaway and responses to queries, from someone called Maria, were curt at best, nasty at worst. I felt at times that I was being addressed like a schoolchild instead of an experienced physician. I considered making a complaint but decided just to never use them again. The occupational medicine diploma is still not approved by the faculty of occupational medicine. The learning materials were terrible. They're only available as interactive modules on the platform, so they only suit one particular style of learning. After spending thousands you are left with absolutely no reference materials unless you subscribe. The java format they use is clunky, unwieldy and user unfriendly. If you're on mobile it glitches or doesn't load because they have made it so unnecessarily complex. You can't read more than a few lines without having to flip cards or click "expand" or read needlessly long vignettes. It felt like one of those "choose your own adventure" games. Page after page of overdesigned, poorly written notes and disability unfriendly because, for example, read aloud software doesn't work. They've made it as difficult as possible to view the information.

Very disappointing experience with PerBerg Denmark. Before changing the roof, they installed a large safety setup/scaffolding around the building, and honestly, the setup was done very professionally. Credit where it’s due — their safety preparation looked well organized and secure. However, the actual building work was finished several months ago, yet the scaffolding and setup are still blocking the area, probably for more than 3 months now. It has become extremely inconvenient for residents. Moving in and out with bikes, scooters, or even daily items is difficult because the structure is still taking up so much space. We have contacted them many times and requested removal as soon as possible, but nothing has happened. Communication has been poor, and there seems to be no urgency from their side. At this point, we honestly do not know when it will finally be removed. Very frustrating experience.

Their website says fast delivery in the "About Us" section. Incorrect. They do not have these products ready to dispatch. They either start making them after receiving orders. Or they don't make it at all, and pocket the customer's money. "Shipped from overseas" is a BS way to excuse this ridiculous business practice. They probably ship from Bhiwandi or something. Their website says "customer service team works 7 days a week" in the "About Us" section. Incorrect. They do not respond at all. So, either they do not work 7 days a week. Or they've employed 1 sad super underpaid person to handle all queries, and judging from TrustPilot reviews, they'd have 500 queries a day minimum. It's no wonder there is no name of a founder anywhere on the internet. It's to avoid jail time.

Tried to open a HSBC expat account. Provided all details/documents, submitted and didn’t even receive an acknowledgment email, nothing. Waited 10 days then got a random email from what seemed to be a back office in India, no professionalism nothing, just asking for more information. Provided them and again waited for 11 days. Then received another email asking more information. Provided again. After 15 days later get an email from a new person asking for details already provided earlier. I Just went ahead and asked for the account opening to be terminated. Reading comments from others it seems quite right. A huge bank like HSBC needs to get their act together. AVOID!!!!

Same as others. Impossible to cancel from inside the app. I tried on multiple devices and it "fetched" my active plan for over 30 minutes while the cancel button remained grayed out. I advised their support team and never heard back. I keep my card locked so they can't take any more money from it. Should have checked the reviews first. Oh, and you're better off using Ancestry, 24andme and other reputable DNA companies. This one couldn't even get my ancestry right lol.

I get a lot of parcels from Anpost, generally good, but I’ve been worried about getting deliveries more with recent experiences, mainly the sorting system…. I have an urgent parcel using express hoping to get it yesterday, but it hasn’t been updated since handed to the post office, customer service just all saying the same thing about high volume of mail but that’s why I paid for express to get my parcel sorted quicker. Pace is the real deal! His heart is genuinely one of the purest examples of generosity I’ve ever witnessed. The program is amazing and the people inside the community are equally supportive and collaborative. Well done. You just lost a customer due to a poor marketing strategy. For the third time, while I was attempting to pay, the price increased by €40 at the final step. Naturally, I’ve now booked with another provider for the real price (same with your fake 40 euro increase). If you don't build trust with your customers, you will continue to lose them. Good job.

After multiple complaints and emails, Olymp Trade still has not released my funds. This kind of delay and lack of proper resolution is very disappointing. Based on my experience, the platform does not seem trustworthy or reliable for handling customer deposits and withdrawals. I hope the issue gets resolved soon and other users do not face the same problem.

I started using it for anxiety and for sleep. I love it and wouldn’t do without it. I got one for my granddaughter and she loves it. She uses it at night time. Is a great investment for your health. I used to wake up at night and unable to fall asleep. I use my calm carry and it helps me to fall asleep.

Let's start with the lack of communication on shipping, terrible. Finally received my box and it was a joke, the products were not worth the price. No return or exchange policy is a big ol "gotcha ya sucker". Guess I'll go back to ipsy- at least you get a cute bag if the products are not up to par.
