Currently in the middle of an installation of 5 rooms. 2 rooms installed but cannot be used due to poor workmanship and factory defaults - 9 issues in one and 50 in the other. Remedial works for these rooms not booked until the end of May and beginning of June (after having a remedial fitter visit to access the issues) despite me having other contractors booked in and other furniture being delivered for the rooms. Hammonds have no care if you have them booked in around a wider renovation schedule. I have had to rearrange work diaries to make sure I'm home for the fitters. Constantly fobbed off by customer services - no direct email contact but just a general number where you never speak to the same person twice and where you cannot get hold of senior management. I have called so many times and requested a call back to no avail. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and the knock on affect. Have been told if other furniture is in place and the fitter can't work round it, the remedial work will not be done. Second fitter assigned to fit the other 3 rooms with dates slipping (after calling several times to request a different more experienced senior fitter) - one room was meant to be finished yesterday but it's not and again fitter issues identified. He's due back next week for 4 days to install the 2 other rooms and finish one. First fitter was classed as a green fitter - completed two rooms in less than 2 days with a "helper". Booking schedule showed 2 days per room. This helper didn't speak a word of English so doubt he had been on any Hammonds training. Was told only Hammonds trained fitters would be allowed on site! Second fitter is classed as a red fitter. Was told red meant he had more training. Upon research red means he has had to have more training due to issues in the past! Have been told that all fitters work differently and that some damage (i.e. nicks in the furniture) is deemed acceptable. Damaged items cannot be reported by fitters until a job is marked by their internal app as complete which then results in a delay in delivery of remedial items. This is not a luxury furniture company and their customer service is the worst I have experienced - no one gets back to me regarding my concerns. All reviews on this site have a generic reply and not an actual senior person reading, taking note of the issues and responding urgently. DO NOT USE!

As a 62-year-old woman travelling alone for the first time in over 30 years, I was naturally a little nervous about organising a 4-week golf holiday through Italy from Perth, Western Australia. However, Golf in Italy made the entire experience absolutely outstanding from start to finish. One of the biggest advantages was being able to create my own personalised holiday directly through Golf in Italy, which allowed me to avoid the extra costs often added by Australian tour companies acting as middlemen. Danielle, the owner, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the planning process. We exchanged emails for over a month while discussing ideas, destinations, golf courses, and experiences that would suit me best. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Danielle also suggested several extra activities, including wine tasting and a food market tour, both of which turned out to be absolute highlights of my trip. Once the itinerary was finalised, Serena took over and organised everything perfectly — hotels, breakfasts, train tickets, transfers, and golf bookings. Every train ticket between cities was pre-booked, and the hotels were always conveniently located close to the train stations, which made arriving in unfamiliar cities stress-free. The hotels themselves were excellent, and the breakfasts each morning were sensational. The transfers were fantastic — always punctual, professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with the drivers and even learning a little English together along the way. I originally booked 10 rounds of golf but ended up playing 12, and Serena quickly organised the additional games and transfers without any hassle at all. Throughout the entire holiday, not once did I experience any issues with the organisation or arrangements. Everything ran smoothly and professionally, which gave me enormous confidence as a solo traveller. I would highly recommend Golf in Italy to anyone considering a golf holiday in Italy, especially solo travellers. Their patience, attention to detail, organisation, and genuine care ensured my holiday became an unforgettable experience that I will treasure forever.

Really happy with the service from The AC Installer. From the first phone call through to the installation, everything was straightforward and professional. The team turned up on time, kept everything clean and tidy, and explained things properly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The system itself has been brilliant and made a huge difference already. You can tell they take pride in their work because the finish and attention to detail were spot on. What I appreciated most was the aftercare. Even after the installation was completed, they were quick to answer a couple of questions I had and made sure everything was working exactly as it should. It’s nice dealing with a company that doesn’t disappear once the job is done. Also want to give a special mention to Omar, who was great throughout the whole process. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. I’d definitely recommend asking for him. Overall, a really good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The AC Installer to anyone thinking about getting air conditioning fitted.

I had ordered Slim V8 Mate Cordless Car Vacuum High Power 13000Pa/30AW approximately a month ago. On receiving, I opened the package and as instructed charged the battery and when I tried to use it, there is no suction and there is a lot of noise from within. I have written multiple emails to the Customer Support with evidence of purchase and pictures of the faulty product but to my disappointment I have no been contacted to resolve this matter. I am still waiting for the team to provide me with details so l can send the product for a refund. Unfortunately there is no phone number to contact and I am sick of the automated emails. My advise for new buyers is not to purchase any products from this company as there is no customer service. I am very disappointed.

I would be a fool if I didn't join this programme. What I've gained from it is beyond anything I expected. I'm not gonna lie, I jumped in because I wanted to think and speak like a native, and raising a bilingual child would be a bonus. I'm still waiting for the "grade report" for my little one, she's still learning to express herself but I'm confident she will benefit from the programme. What I've learned goes far beyond parenting mindset. It has also shaped my mindset of "how to live a life." This course truly changed how I think about bettering ourselves, being more considerate, and more importantly, loving ourselves more. We all deserve a better self.

Placed an order and delivery date was set, that date came and it never arrived. The tracking still says that delivered date even though it was never delivered. So i have emailed them with no reply, the whatsapp messaging is useless just keeps sending my the same article on how to track my order and when i ask to speak to a customer representative agent it just sends me back to the start. I still don't know where my order is and cannot get in contact with anyone. No idea what to do but feeling very frustrated.

We had a great experience here - we never had to chase anything or wonder what was going on as our solicitor Abdul Iqbal was so on it. I’ve had some really bad experiences with solicitors so was very nervous picking one but from the onboarding to completion it just felt easy. They wouldn't refund me and told me to contact to seller my self for there mistake so now I down money. I bought an account and the next day someone one else has it ,so they sold the account to 2 people and now I down money and they said well we can't do anything that we sold an account you already bought. so if you want customer service from here not going to get if and I show the emails to prove these guys didn't want to help at all

All the sites they list invest a lot in marketing but not in quality. Bots cost nothing or almost nothing, so they actively employ them in their business practices. You can still get some bang for your buck on J1Live.com because of not so overwhelming use of AI there. But they are not mentioned on Top10bestdatingsites because they don't aim at creating that massive marketing hype around them: they just work steadily and honestly.

I’m having terrible problems logging into my account. My email address is set up wrong and it doesn’t recognise my password. My parcel hasn’t turned up and I have no way of tracking it. I’ve tried to contact them to change my email but it requires logging into my account. I just need to speak to a person and not a chat bot but I can’t see any way of doing that on the website. Communication is very difficult.

Fast, efficient and helpful service all round. From Elaine on the phone who helped me get a shorter contract due changing circumstances, and Ricky and Adam who took away my old broken machine, fitted the new one in twenty minutes, and fixed some slight issues while they were at it. All we're lovely to chat to and a credit to the company. After 15 years with Forbes I can't fault them.

I pay for two things and Amazon put hold on my account now can't buy or use it I'm on phone trying to sort it out don't trust this company it fraud and don't care never will I buy anything again good bye Amazon and Amazon is using AI security so if don't like your payments it will lock you out your account never sent told customers even know it law to tell everyone

Unfortunately this is a private issue and not a severn trent asset issue. Down to insurance company and problem worse as my drain is on unreasonable neighbour pathway

Very shady company that use fine print to get trial users sucked into big surprising fees. Then any attempt to get a refund is a total pain. Despite never using the platform after signing up for a free trial on one single day - they refused to refund me for a significant subscription fee that I was rolled into.
