I purchased a boot liner and boot divider for my car after a positive experience previously when my husband bought the same type of products for his vehicle. Before ordering, I used the registration checker on the website to check which product to order for my exact car model. The company also advertises a “perfect fit guarantee,” which gave me confidence in spending nearly £300 on the products. Delivery was quick, however the boot liner did not fit my vehicle correctly. I contacted customer service regarding both items and was then informed that the boot divider would also not fit my car, and that they do not actually manufacture a suitable version for my model. This was extremely disappointing considering the website allowed me to order the products specifically for my vehicle, pictures the product in a vechile with a lower boot the same as mine and advertise "a perfect fit guarantee". I was also frustrated to discover that returns are only accepted in the original packaging, so we were not even able to try the divider at the risk of not receiving the money for a return. In addition, I was required to arrange and pay for my own return courier despite the products not matching the description or fitting as guaranteed. Due to the high return cost, I decided it was not financially worthwhile returning the liner and instead only returned the divider, which still cost me over £20 in courier fees. I am now more than £50 out of pocket through no fault of my own, and have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened. To make matters worse, customer service has been extremely poor throughout. My courier confirmed delivery of the returned item three days ago, yet the company has still not confirmed receipt. When I contacted them for an update, the response was blunt and simply stated that I needed to wait for processing. Three days later, I am still waiting for any communication or confirmation. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The products did not match the advertised compatibility, the returns process has been costly and inconvenient, and the level of customer service has fallen far below expectations. I had expected far better from a company advertising premium, vehicle-specific products and a “perfect fit guarantee.”

My mother is hassled every time she checks in at a doctor's office because the card that demonstrates her insurance coverage is dated 2023. Phone calls to try to get a card, dated with the current year, are a pointless frustration. The customer service ph number on the back of her card connects the caller to a sales center for emergency alert pendant sales, not to customer service for United Health. Calling the number on the back of the card for "Pharmacy" connects to United Health, but they cannot provide a card. No wonder Manggione raised over a million in donations for his defense. We get his frustration, even though we disapprove of his actions and we too wish there was health care, worthy of the title, available to people like my mother.

I am absolutely loving the trading bots on StockHero! Since I started getting a feel for the platform, the experience has been fantastic. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. Every email I have sent—no matter how basic my questions were in the beginning—has received a remarkably quick reply with the exact information I needed. The support team is also very receptive to user feedback, taking the time to listen to my platform suggestions and actively forwarding them to their development team. I am extremely happy with this product and the experience so far. I fully plan on upgrading to their annual Professional plan very soon to get access to even more bots.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We placed an order on Wednesday for Mothers Day flowers to be sent to my boyfriends mom who lives away from us. It said the flowers would be delivered between Friday and Sunday. The flowers NEVER came, we were not contacted about this or nothing. I called today they said they had a “supply chain issue” and will issue a refund. Refused to resend any sort of flowers they had in stock after ruining her Mothers Day. If they would have even called us it wouldn’t be such an issue we could have tried to order from somewhere else. Absolutely a disgrace and I never leave bad reviews, but this was entirely wrong. They also refused to let me speak to a manager.

They sent me the wrong order,when I returned the order on April 28th they have not gotten back to me,now it is may 11th I ordered my item in February still waiting for the right item or a refund but can't seem to get either one,you sent me the ecoflow delta pro extreme adapter totally different it's also a different price it cost 114 dollars before taxes the ecoflow extreme adapter that I ordered is 106 dollars and change i sent you pictures of the mistake your warehouse made and you didn't even figure it out picture of what I ordered and what you sent me are too different things with two different prices,it's very obvious you don't care about costumer satisfaction

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Arrived at the counter at the LAX Renaissance Hotel to find it completely closed, with no notice about how to contact them. Hotel staff said to go to the other desk on the 4th floor. No one there, office was wide open. There was a sign with instructions to text a number for info. Got a response that the agent would be back in 10 minutes. Waited for an hour, along with another couple. No way to contact by phone. Finally called a reputable company to get another car and called my credit card to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Outstanding. Really glad I found this place. It’s a legit brokerage, not one of those 'financial' MLMs that’s just a front for recruiting people. Since they’re a proper broker-dealer, they actually have access to a ton of different carriers, so it felt like they were looking for the best deal for me rather than just pushing one specific brand. The whole vibe was super relaxed, they actually explain the how and the why behind everything instead of just trying to close a sale. Definitely check them out.

Araya is epic! During our eight hour private tour adventure around Bangkok, I cannot say all the things that we learned about the temples and the history of the temples and of Buddha and Buddhism itself. Her personality is divine caring, thoughtful, and a pleasure to be around. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone that is even thinking about booking with her, do it!! You’re wasting your time without the history and knowledge from Araya and what everything means and does.

Would give a zero Do not waste your time or money with them. My husband placed an order for Mother’s day and it was absolutely garbage. Looked like a toddler put it together with a few old flowers and filled it with palms Costcos are much better!!! They take your money and charge delivery for garbage Sent them photos and haven’t heard anything back. Do not buy from them !!!!!

Highly delighted with this company my first order was attended to extremely swiftly, I ordered on a Sunday and received a email back with a receipt for my purchase and a thank you. I then over the next couple of days received updates of my order and tracking information and it was delivered to my door by the Royal mail on the Wednesday a.m excellent company id highly recommend them.

I used to think travail were very helpful and stayed in touch. But not in the same category anymore, its got me to the point I see a job advertised i dont see any point in applying anymore ive lost total confidence in them, ive applied for jobs they have vacant and emailed them directly on numerous occasions and get zero response, will not be using there so called services again!!!

Order placed in early March for a floor lamp costing more than €800, with an initial delivery time of 1–2 weeks. It is now May and I still have no delivery or clear update. I called customer service three times: no written communication, only verbal promises and follow-ups that never happened. Very disappointing experience for a company at this level and products of this cost.

Terrible company -APPAULING customer service - non existant. Received no confirmation of order. tried to contact them by phone waited over 30 mnutes for them to answer and gave up. They replied to my email telling me to ask for a refund form my bank but would not confirm if item had been despatched or even if it would be. Asked for a refund from themselves but no reply.

Avee health is easy to access easy to set up and always has options for appointments. Any doctors I have met with for appointments have been very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. Avee health is my go to place when I can’t get in with my family doctor or need an appointment in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!
