We took the bus from Kaunas to Gdansk. We had our drivers change midway through the trip. Our first driver was a native Lithuanian, he was very friendly and helpful. Our second pair of drivers, from what we could tell, were indians - one young and one older. The younger one seemed fairly friendly and spoke english okay-ish. The older guy seemed tired and done with life. No instances of aggressive or hostile drivers accurred. The reviews make it seem like it's a common thing when it's not. You do place and take the luggage yourself so make sure to mark it to find it easier. The bus itself isn't that clean (booger on curtains, gum under chair, stains on the back of seats, crumbs on the floor), but your paying for a cheap trip. You get what you pay for. There was enough space for legs, but I am also short, so not too much to comment on this. Wi-fi is limited to 255 MB. Didn't try the electricity or the bathroom. We had the seats near the bathroom and didn't have any smells coming from it. The bus was on time to all it's locations. The concept of being left behind is on you as the passenger. They don't announce the times, don't stray away from the bus. When you see the driver going back you go back too. Or just don't get off the bus, I didn't either. The bus does arrive earlier sometimes and leave earlier so give yourself an hour in advance so you don't miss it. The booking was easy, we got our tickets a week before on their site. We had tickets, back on the 9th, but didn't take the bus. We won't be looking for a refund as it seems like a hassle looking at other experiences. Overall, not as bad as the reviews make it look. But, if you have the option, go by plane or car as it will be both cleaner, and probably faster.

Warning to anyone using Hostinger VPS. I have been a Hostinger customer for around 5 years. Hostinger repeatedly offered me a VPS renewal at 7.99 EUR/month for 24 months. I missed the renewal deadline by mistake, and they charged me 21.49 EUR for only one month. Then, while trying to fix the situation, I requested a refund/cancellation, thinking it was only about the renewal payment. My VPS was then marked as “Destroyed”, even though it contained important production data and configuration: Docker, Nginx, SSL, environment variables, deployed applications, and server settings. The VPS still appears as “will be deleted in 34 days”, but Hostinger is now asking me to pay again to reactivate it, and not at the discounted price they had repeatedly offered me. This is extremely dangerous for professional users. A VPS is not a simple subscription. It can contain critical infrastructure. Hostinger should clearly warn customers before any action that can destroy a VPS or make production configurations unavailable. My warning: be very careful with Hostinger VPS renewal, refund, cancellation, and reactivation. One mistake can put your server, data, and business at risk.

Less than 1 star. I ordered the Adam to Present timeline on Mar 31, 2026. The money was taken from my account by a company in the UK. The item was then sent from a Chinese company that took 34 days even though they said 11-18 days in the advertisement. It came from China, in what appeared to be a garbage bag. The timeliness only went up to 1000BC/King Solomon - only 1/2 way through to Present time. I've had over 2 dozen emails with them. They offered 10%, then 15%, then 20%, then 30% and stopped offering after 40% refund. Then they told me to return the product to them in China even though they went through an American redistribution center, and they refuse to send a completed Timeline. I am sending all my emails to the FBI & DOJ to hopefully get something done. At this point, it appears this company may be stealing intellectual property rights. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH NOT TO BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

What a great experience from start to finish! I cannot thank Jagjit enough for all the help and support he gave me throughout the whole process. He was extremely polite, professional, and a true gentleman at all times. As this was my first experience using self storage, I was quite unsure about how everything worked, but Jagjit explained everything clearly and made the entire experience stress-free. He knew exactly how the process worked and guided me every step of the way. He also went above and beyond by helping me take all my boxed items into my storage unit and making sure everything was sorted properly. His patience, kindness, and excellent customer service really stood out. Jagjit is a real credit to the company, and I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful day such an easy and pleasant experience!

Having met numerous people who enthused about Jet2 Holidays, I opted to try out one their new flights from Gatwick. Wow, what an incredibly good experience from simplistic booking online, excellent customer service at the airport (my special thanks to Jet2's Caroline, Riana and Steve at Gatwick) to a relaxing flight with friendly and efficient cabin crew. Would thoroughly recommend Jet2 for flights, even if you need to pay a little more (although 10kg is included with the ticket prices), because the staff go that extra mile for you and the seats are far more comfortable than similar-priced airlines. Overall a brilliant experience, and thoroughly recommend.

Scam!!! Predatory billing and refusal to refund. I deactivated my QR codes months ago, which logically should have ended the service. However, they charged me 85 EUR for a new annual cycle without any prior notification or reminder. I contacted their support within ONE HOUR of the transaction to report the mistake and request a refund. They flatly refused, citing an unfair 'no refund' policy and tried to push a 'lifetime upgrade' that I never asked for and don't want.

I was looking for Guide to help me with Mont Blanc skiing. Maksim was great, he knew what he was doing and considering options of possible routes and conditions. On first acclimation day my girlfriend joined us and he was friendly and helped her as well. He was patient and he knew when I start to struggle to slow down pace and help me a lot. Mostly he is a great person and we had a lot of fun and new friendship

I was looking forward to accessing an art tutor to get some ideas for painting and drawing. Once I noticed you have to give your full bank card details before you even commence a lesson I backed out. This is quite wrong. You also cannot contact the tutor before you start (and hand over money) to ask q’s. Sorry SuperProf. This is NOT the way to do business. Very disappointed.

I was left stranded with no key to my motorcycle was told to get a taxi home and they would reimburse me The kind guy on the rac call told me I shouldn't of lost my keys👎 I was handed to another company for key replace and had to pay £30 for them to proceed Bike is still parked where I lost the key what a great company
