Botb is getting stingy. I pay £43.99 a month to BOTB and from that £43.99 they give me tickets to enter LIFESTYLE COMP WORTH £30 I Have been entering for a long time to win a car through lifestyle or cash amount min £30,000 and all they give every week to someone is 25k rather than a car so why advertise Range rovers Audi's , BMW and other cars when every single week only 1 winner is only getting £25,000 cash no cars of their choice as a DREAM CAR. THAT SPOT THE BALL GAME IS CRAP AS JUDGES ONLY GIVE IT TO SOMEONE WHOSE BEEN PLAYING FOR MANY YEARS EVEN IF YOU SPOTTED IT RIGHT AND YOU ARE A NEW PLAYER LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD YOU WONT GET IT EVEN IF YOU SPOTTED IT RIGHT SO YOU NEED TO BE PLAYING OVER 3 YEARS IN ORDER TO WIN A CAR THROUGH SPOT THE BALL GAME. Also they only making winners near to London as they r based in London. Internet connection went out Thursday night. After calling customer service on Friday, then sent out a technician on Saturday morning. The tech couldn't fix the issue and said it was something outside the house cause all the equipment inside the house was working. Said another technician would come later that day to fix the issue. Waited from 10am until 6pm, wasted the whole day waiting for a technician that never showed up. Finally called them back after 6pm, irate that I've wasted the whole day waiting for someone that never showed up, they apologized profusely and said a technician would be out in 45 minutes. It's now past 10:30pm and haven't seen anyone from Google Fiber to fix the issue. I'm hoping Spectrum Cable or AT&T have better customer service. Don't rely on GFiber to come fix their stuff in a prompt manner in the Kansas City area or Johnson County. Not having internet doesn't bother me, wasting my whole day waiting for someone that doesn't show up does. If you get GFiber, pray it doesn't break cause they aren't coming to fix it in a timely manner.

The delivery company delivered our parcel and left it beside the open street at 10PM. Got stolen, contacted the shipping company didn't get any reply. I ask minimolie for a refund but they didn't give me. They insisted on giving a replacement, but I have to pay $50 USD for shipping. Even tho I only paid $13 AUD in my first purchase. They promised to use a different shipping company for the replacement. In the end they used the same shipping company, this company don't even give updates or notifications on where your parcel is or when is it going to be delivered. So for me to make sure I get my parcel this time. I have to keep checking the delivery address to make sure I won't miss it because for sure they're going to leave it outside again. Guess what, I have a full-time job and I have things to do. It's such a hassle to buy from them. I'm grateful for the replacement but not the extra expensive shipping fee.

Of all the car rental companies I have used during my travels, this is by far the first time I have been so satisfied with the service. At no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me by inspecting every tiny detail of the car upon return. At our arrival, we were picked up at the airport and taken to the company’s office, where we received a very warm welcome. The car was spotless, and the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, and the staff member was even kind enough to drive us to the Airbnb we had rented near the airport for our departure the next day. I highly recommend this company without hesitation!

Unable to withdraw RuneScape Gold due to "insuffient funds" on there end... Weird how they instantly take my deposits though. Place is a breedimg ground for addiction and peak performance of scamming from the withdrawls to the swap rates. These dudes are hitting 21 every time you deposit........ Two staffs called and confirmed my full refund for a wrong date booking on the agoda app I booked at 10pm on the night of 6th May checking in but the date I paid the first booking is 7th May. I canceled the 7th May and booked again for the 6th May night right away within half hour since the front desk at Grand Mercure Ao Nang confirmed with Agoda that I will get the full refund back but until today I dont get any message from agoda for the refund. Beware of Agoda Thailand app.
