⭐ 1 STAR — BUSINESS OWNERS STAY AWAY I am posting this review to describe my actual experience with US Air Compressor so other business owners don't make the same mistake I did. I purchased and paid for a compressor from US Air Compressor. During my ownership, the compressor was initially limited to approximately 58% capacity and was later SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. The compressor had not mechanically failed. It was disabled through its control/service system in connection with its maintenance requirements. My issue is NOT with performing maintenance. Industrial compressors require proper maintenance, and I have no problem replacing oil, filters, or other service items when required. My issue is being required to purchase specific oil and parts through US Air Compressor at prices substantially higher than comparable replacement products. Some replacement components I received or was offered appeared to be Chinese-manufactured parts that I believe could be sourced elsewhere for significantly less. The part I find most disturbing is that, in my experience, once payment for their required oil/parts was processed, they were able to restart the compressor even before the oil was actually changed. That raises a serious question about whether the shutdown is really protecting the machine or enforcing the purchase of their maintenance products. MY COMPRESSOR WAS COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. This is equipment I purchased, paid for, and rely on to operate my business. A shutdown can stop production and cause significant downtime. I am not repeating rumors or someone else's story. This happened to MY compressor: first approximately 58% capacity, then a complete shutdown. Had I known before purchasing that my compressor could be limited or completely disabled under these circumstances, I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT. Based on my experience, I will never purchase another compressor from US Air Compressor. Business owners should understand exactly how their parts, maintenance, software, and shutdown system works BEFORE purchasing.
