I had purchased balance cushion socks 3pk x2 ,2/xl. Black,low type. When I received them I was excited to get them. So right away I tried one sock,and I couldn't get it on it was so tight,so I pulled the back to slip on ,like it said slip on and my hernia came out ,so I stood up pushed it back in. And thought well I wear 81/2 to a 9 size shoe cause I have neuropathy so I buy bigger shoes,so that's why I bought bigger socks but they didn't work for me. So I had sent a message to the company and told them that I would like to send them back and they got back to me with i can send them back they'll send a address label but they had another alternative solution keeping the socks and receive a generous refund of 70% which amounts to $57.88 . This way no hassle of sending back the socks and I could gift them to someone. That's a great idea. One in a million I thought, no companies I know would ever extend there hand to a customer like that. Really good good people. I do enjoy there products foot sleeves,knee sleeves(I wear everyday), leg sleeves and there onerelief gel for pain,it's great for bursitis which I got after replacement hip and arthritis in my knees helps me alot,wish it was in bigger jar like 4 oz or 8oz. But let me tell you I was so happy they offered the refund of 70% $57.88. I took the refund solution and they got back to me quickly. They made my day,mother's day , I appreciate good people like this, very understanding of the person. And we know everyone is different with different needs. And this company gets it. God bless Onecompress , you will go far and wide with your products and I can't say enough for wonderful people like you. Thank you again , you make the world a better place. I am extremely disappointed with FP Markets and their handling of a serious banking and withdrawal issue. I withdrew my own trading funds from the broker, and the money was successfully credited to my bank account. However, sometime later, my bank account amount was placed under lien/freeze by the National Cyber Security authorities due to that specific transaction. After inquiry with the bank and authorities, I was informed that the original depositor/source party had filed a cyber complaint related to the transaction chain. As a genuine trader and customer, this situation has caused me severe mental stress, financial inconvenience, and reputational concern. My own legally withdrawn funds became blocked even though I had no involvement in any fraudulent activity. The most frustrating part is the response from FP Markets. I contacted them multiple times over the last 1.5 months, provided details, and requested urgent investigation and support. Unfortunately, I have received only repetitive replies such as “we are investigating” with no meaningful update, no timeline, no resolution, and no accountability. A regulated broker should take customer fund security and transaction tracing seriously, especially when a customer’s bank account is affected by a cybercrime complaint linked to the broker’s payment channel or transaction flow. I strongly request FP Markets management and compliance team to: * Complete the investigation immediately * Provide proper transaction clarification/support documentation * Coordinate with the concerned payment processor or authorities * Help resolve the lien issue affecting my bank account This experience has badly affected my trust in the broker. I hope this review pushes the company to take real action instead of giving automated responses for months.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from "Send blooms" through the Shop app on May 6 and specifically selected May 10 as the delivery date. Despite ordering several days in advance, my flowers never arrived. I called customer service earlier in the day and was told the order would arrive by 8 PM. After 8 PM passed with no delivery, I called again to cancel the order because Mother’s Day was basically over. Instead of helping, the agent blamed me and said delivery was “not guaranteed” and that the flowers would arrive tomorrow instead. What’s the point of delivering Mother’s Day flowers after Mother’s Day is already done? What makes this even more frustrating is that their website advertises “SAME DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1:00 PM.” I ordered DAYS ahead and still didn’t receive anything. Now they’re refusing to immediately cancel/refund my order and saying someone will call me back after an “investigation.” Terrible customer service, misleading advertising, and a very disappointing experience overall.

I still consider Spree to be the best all around out there. The site is great, gameplay is smooth. The only issue I’ve ever come across is once you claim Free Spins (typically a pop up window that appears mid game on another game altogether so you aren’t necessarily focused on what you’ve just claimed) there’s no obvious and dedicated location to go and view all of your free spins available to you. On numerous occasions I’ve clicked to play a game and then realize I’d had free spins sitting there for a long while and never knew it. Definitely not a complaint but simply my experience. That isn’t a knock…I mean it’s being rewarded. I just wish I knew where to find them when I return. Either way…they're still top notch.

After making an order with this company of a few different items I decided to contact them after a few days because there’s no tracking information even though I had paid for express tracking. They told me they had cancelled the order They had not email me messaged me or call me If I had not called them to find out about the tracking, I would never have known that they cancelled the order It turned out that they didn’t have one item I ordered in stock then on top of this I had to keep calling them about getting my refund sorted. I would avoid ordering here They seem to advertise quite a bit of aquarium related products but don’t have anything in stock

Be aware this company not fair. They do unbelievable requests for verification ( to redeem winning), I been finished verification of my bank statement and card which been used for purchase coins, but they request certificate of closure two card which ones been closed before. I been send them proof of closure from my bank with bank stamp and even bank been send them email with proof and they still saying it’s not enough. Bank confused, me also . Cashoomo want keep my reward . Stay away . Now I have to ask attorney help me . So sad, before all of this I thought Cashoomo fair place to play.

Do not use this scam of a company!!!!! I ordered flowers they promised would be delivered same day for Mother’s Day. I even paid for added express delivery so they promised would be delivered by 1pm same day.. then finally at 7pm and still no flowers I message them only for them to tell me it will be tmw probably before they can deliver them. Well I didn’t need them tmw so I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, I’m then told that it’ll take up to 7 days to even get my refund to order flowers from a better company.. do not waste your $ they are crooks and scam artist

"I love these compression hose! I have been wearing compression hose for years, but these are so comfortable and non-restricting. I was skeptical at first because I've owned so many different brands over the years that promise to be comfortable, but don't deliver. These actually do what they promise! I wore my first pair during a flight while on vacation and they were wonderful! No digging into my skin, no marks and my legs had much less swelling than I normally get while flying and I didn't have to keep adjusting them. I'm so glad I gave them a try! "

For some reason my on line connection was not working well and I ended up ordering and paying twice. I was not happy about that as I had sent an email as soon as I realised but then GENREV got hold of my email and fixed the problem with my order 570069. I am most grateful to GENREV. My experience was absolutely terrible. My glasses were just not right, it took weeks to actually get an address to send my glasses back, not to mention $23 postage. The customer service is appalling,they don't answer messages for days, they actually tried to bribe me to take my negative review down. Now they are trying to rip me off with my refund. Lensmart I am not deleting my review AN UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!!!!!

I had a request for the refund, and I forgot that I had subscribed to the other email. Thanks to Jean from the support team, I received my 139$ refund. The quality of answers and support is great. The only issue is the time for each answer. Maybe, as I live in EET time, it feels so, but each answer in the message was like 6-10 hours to wait. It’s really long and uncomfortable.
