I am a certified Melomeniac at the age of 63. My first LP was a present of my father, when I was 12. It was the nothing else but Wish you were here: Pink Floyd, which had been released in Germany in Q4/1975. The reason why I mention this is, that a long with the LP I received a Sennheiser HD 414. It explains, why I am still listening to special music in special moments/ moods with a headphone, independent from my HiFi-Equipment. That finally leads me to Cambridge Audio. A company I became aware of a few years ago, when I was seriously looking for a very good Streamer and bought the famous 851N, which still delivers an outstanding performance. Upon having made that very good decision, I started digging deeper into Cambridge Audio and was surprised by their product portfolio, their quality and innovative approach that meanwhile should be described being the unique soul of the company. There is a coherent strategy behind their new product introduction. I may say this, as I have bought 8 different units and recommended another 10+ to my musical friends. The last product I bought, was the A100, which is the best in-ear on the market. Even hard core Apple users are getting more & more surprised and decided to change. Another criteria for this undervalued company is their Customer Support Organisation, that is a benchmark in the industry. As I work as the Head of Global SCM, I have implemented many Support Organisations around the globe. A function that is often totally underestimated. At Cambridge Audio you get what you need: listening to your problem, providing almost immediate service/ solutions/ alternatives. It is the direct interface to the customer and gives you the important feeling, that you are in good hands. I had contact to various contacts over the years, sometimes asking for an idea, rather than a raising a complaint, and always received a kind and thoughtful response. This is no longer a given these days. My last sentence to come back to the A100: I have a Tidal FLAC Abo and use Tidal on all my devices. When I am travelling, I listen to my playlists sitting in a train, ANC ON and enjoy a sound quality that covers [20 - 13Khz]. It is more than 13Khz, but I am honest, when I tell you, that I can’t those frequencies anymore. The dynamic though, you get in high-end quality, is amazing. There is a warm distinct bass, which is imminent for me and my music, accompanied by a well spread frequency over the mids and the heights. It is a pleasure to listen, as if the band would play in front of you. Chapeau Cambridge Audio for your continuous innovation and world class support. I still don’t understand, why your Marketing Communication is limited, or may I say focused by purpose. There are not many people in my network, that know the company. On the other side, their is nothing better, than having a clear firewall onto the mass media products, that overflow the younger generation with anything but HiFi. I think I just answered my question. 😂 Keep on doing a great job for the Melomeniacs; they love your products for sure. I recently bought my son an Evo One & a 🎧 P100 SE. It is his first HiFi experience and he and his girlfriend are just happy. He is 32 years old and I felt that obligation, to protect him and finally open him the only right path to enjoy listening to HiFi. 👏🏼 Sincerely yours Christian 🇩🇪

I’m extremely disappointed with Airtasker’s support and the way their repeat booking feature is handled. Airtasker advertises a reduced 1.9% fee for repeat bookings when a previous customer books the same Tasker again. In my case, this was clearly a repeat customer. I had already completed a previous task for this client, and the client contacted me again specifically to hire me for another job. I even have written messages on the Airtasker platform from the customer asking me to accept their new task/offer, which clearly demonstrates that they were intentionally booking me again. This was not a new customer or an unrelated booking — it was an existing customer returning to hire the same Tasker. However, after I completed the task, Airtasker charged me the regular higher service fee instead of the advertised 1.9% repeat booking fee. I contacted support and expected them to review the previous task, the new task, our message history, and how the booking was created to determine why the repeat booking benefit was not applied. Instead, support simply told me that the booking did not qualify and even suggested that the repeat booking feature might not be available in my region. This explanation is especially confusing because I am located in the United States and I can see the repeat booking option with the reduced fee directly in my Airtasker app. The problem is not only the additional money Airtasker deducted. The bigger problem is that the rebooking process is unclear, and when something goes wrong, support does not appear willing to properly investigate the situation. If there is a very specific button, link, or process that a returning customer must use for the 1.9% fee to apply, Airtasker needs to make this extremely clear to both customers and Taskers. A Tasker should not lose the advertised benefit simply because a returning customer unknowingly used the wrong booking flow. I provided support with a legitimate situation involving an actual returning customer, yet instead of investigating and helping resolve it, I received what felt like generic responses and no meaningful solution. As a Tasker, I bring customers back to the platform and try to build long-term relationships with them. I would expect Airtasker to value that and provide competent support when there is a fee issue. I am asking Airtasker to review this case again, check the previous booking and our message history, recognize that this was a returning customer, refund the difference between the regular service fee charged and the applicable 1.9% repeat booking fee, and clearly explain how Taskers and customers can prevent this issue in the future. Based on my experience with this case, I cannot recommend Airtasker’s customer support.

The restaurant & food was probably fine had I received my order. However, my order was not dropped off at the right location. We could not find our food, we even checked both next door neighbors. Attempted to called driver three times, twice they didnt answer, 3rd time the # said technical issues and hung up on me. I reached out to customer service via chat and they told me I needed to upload my government issued ID before they assist me. Like what the actual heck???...you mean you need my ID to actually assist me, thats was weird as hell and totally suspicious. It was a new account and the first time I'd used UberEats. I was told, oh well your accounts not verified -not that that has anything to do with not receiving my order, then I started thinking that since my account wasn't verified/new, my driver probably took my food and knew he'd get away with it (these customer service people were absolutely awful to me). Well, another neighbor found the food and brought it to us 3 hours later, gross, soggy and not edible. UE refused to accept that I didn't receive it (because they claim it got dropped off- not to my house it didn't) and also refused the refund request-like what? Where is the drop off picture? They don't even confirm drop off with any confirmation pictures. They had zero ways to confirm it was dropped off other than the gps showing his car went to my neighborhood (which is why I though they just took it back). However, the customer service people didnt believe me at all. Basically I'm the lair and its because I had a new account. I will not use this app again. Habit Burger is freaking awesome, wish we could have eaten the food or been refunded. I plan to write a complaint about this experience on ever app I can review on and send a complaint to their corporate office. *deleting app now* as I will never use UE again.
