A day or so ago I called Ivisa a scammer in a review due to their illegal payment/checkout gateway which doesn’t show the amount their victims will pay for a visa prior to their prompting their victims to “ submit payment”. To not show the amount on a payment checkout is illegal in the US ( Ivisa has a registered office in Florida), and most other countries including Australia where we were scammed. Sucker me pressed “ submit payment” on the Ivisa site thinking I was on the Indonesian Govt website and also thinking it would take me to the next screen which would show the amount and a further prompt of “ confirm payment”….Not so, when I pressed “ submit payment” for an unknown/unstated amount on the Ivisa site, it went straight to “ payment approved” and still didn’t show the amount I had paid. I checked my bank account and the amount was $405.90 which was 5 times the amount of what I would have been charged on the legitimate Indonesian Immigration site. So what was IVisa’s reply to my previous review about their illegal checkout gateway? They simply said they are a third party organisation which does charge more than you can pay by going direct to ( legitimate) country Immigration sites …..Ivisa said nothing about their illegal payment gateway which is the crux of their scam and how they trap their victims. Don't worry, I have raised their illegal gateway with the US consumer watchdog ( the FTC) who I’ve asked to shut this scamming organisation down. I will also be asking Trust Pilot to review the many short and highly questionable 5 star reviews Ivisa has to raise their credibility rating. Don’t be fooled and if you get caught by their illegal payment gateway, and then try to immediately cancel your application and payment, you will get a barrage of Ai letters from Ivisa saying effectively “ got you, no refund”, followed by further Ai letters “ we are an ethical business….” ( lol Ivisa are bloody scammers, now aided by Ai !!). I recommend to all victims to send a copy of your review to the New York Times and the FTC to have this scam company investigated.

We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Raenest. We registered a business account for the simple purpose of paying an international contractor. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into weeks of unnecessary delays, repeated documentation requests, and frustrating back-and-forth communication. We've submitted extensive documentation, including our company's registration certificate, EIN confirmation, operating agreement, contractor agreements, bank statements, invoices, payment receipts, and even a detailed business plan. Rather than providing a complete list of requirements upfront, Raenest has repeatedly requested additional documents throughout the process. Each time we provide what is requested, another requirement seems to emerge. Customer support has been equally frustrating. Despite numerous follow-ups and even requesting management involvement, we've received vague responses indicating that our application is still under review, with no clear timeline for resolution. The most frustrating part is that we're a legitimate, registered U.S. business simply trying to pay a contractor. We've invested far more time and administrative effort into this process than the payment itself warrants. I understand that financial institutions have compliance obligations, and we're happy to provide reasonable verification documentation. However, there is no excuse for such a disorganized, inefficient process with so little transparency. **My recommendation to other businesses: Think twice before choosing Raenest for international payments.** Based on our experience, the onboarding process has been unnecessarily complicated, customer support has been ineffective, and the delays have made the platform impractical for our needs. Raenest seriously needs to improve its verification procedures, communication, and accountability. One star.
