I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Verna from Spinny on 17 June 2026. In just 26 days, the car spent 8–10 days in the workshop due to multiple electrical/body-control issues. Problems faced: Battery/starting failure – car would not start and needed roadside assistance with a jump start within 6 days of delivery. Boot/trunk release failure – external button stopped working; trunk could only be opened via the cabin release lever. Trunk latch sensor fault – “trunk open” warning appeared on the instrument cluster even when the boot was closed. Driver door lock switch failure – central locking button becomes non–functional. ORVM fold/unfold switch failure – power-folding mirrors stopped operating. Unsettled Challans Previous fastag was not deactivated What is most concerning is that these issues appeared immediately after the 5-day money-back period expired. A short return window means little if underlying electrical faults surface during normal usage. I request Spinny senior management to review this case seriously. I am spending more time coordinating repairs than driving the car. Prospective buyers should insist on a thorough pre-purchase inspection, verify electrical system health, and carefully assess after-sales support before buying a used car and can also consider others line Cars24, First Choice etc.

Leighton Perfection! thank you guy's... I’ve been counting down the days to finally collect my new van from Leighton Vans, a pipe dream for over a decade. From my very first visit, where I got to see the vehicle and build my dream van with all the trick extras and super cool brakes, the whole experience has been fantastic. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome and right at home. The Leighton HQ itself is an amazing place to visit, with so many incredible van builds to walk around and admire. A special thank you has to go to Jordon Pointing, who handled my van build from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Jordon. Thanks also to the guys in the detailing bays. I had a good chat with them while walking around, and they were friendly, polite, and clearly work incredibly hard to make sure the vans look absolutely perfect for handover. To sum up, Jordon and the entire Leighton crew are amazing. Their vans are top quality, and they genuinely deliver a first-class experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to the whole team!

I purchased an item through Decathlon Marketplace from Amba Distribution Limited and returned it unused within the return period. The seller confirmed that they received the returned item, but later refused to issue a full refund, claiming that the presentation bag had been damaged during transit. They proposed refunding only 50% of the purchase price. I asked for photographic evidence showing that the product itself had been damaged. However, the photographs provided only appear to show damage to the presentation bag, not to the actual product. I have repeatedly requested evidence to justify both the claim that the item cannot be resold and the 50% deduction, but no satisfactory explanation has been provided. Over several weeks, I have received multiple apologies from Decathlon Marketplace and repeated assurances that my case has been "escalated." Unfortunately, despite these assurances, the matter remains unresolved. As a customer, I returned the item in good faith and have tried to resolve this issue directly and professionally. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and the prolonged delays in handling what should have been a straightforward refund.

We’ve seen a number of properties with AP Morgan, most recently 2 properties with Jacqui, who made sure to cover everything and gave us a thorough tour of each house. She also gave us the space to explore privately so we could take everything in and discuss what we needed. No question was ever too much. Jacqui called us the day before to confirm the viewings were still going ahead, arrived promptly, and was genuinely friendly throughout. She was very knowledgeable about both the houses and the local area, which made the whole experience feel reassuring and well‑organised. AP Morgan as a whole have been really attentive too - they’re easy to get hold of, quick to arrange bookings, and always call the following day for feedback. They consistently look out for properties that match our criteria, which feels genuinely personable and supportive. We are yet to find a property so I cannot comment on the service provided post STC so 4 stars for now.

We bought the Whirlpool washing machine and drying machine in Aug 2022. On both machines there’s a sticker with giant letters ‘10 Years Guarantee’ but it’s apparently just a wisecrack- they don’t really mean it. The washing machine is now leaking (after less than 4 years) and I called them. I was told basically I don’t have any guarantee because I didn’t register the machine within 60 days after purchase. Now the repair visit is 219e for personnel guaranteed for 3 months and afterwards I’m on myself again. The machine cost a bit more than 500e. And the for-once repair will cost 220e. Summary: Whirlpool really knows how to make business. The ‘60D register’ is clearly a setup cos they know nobody would know, thus do it, and they not only get away with the 10Y guarantee, but also are able to charge you more indefinitely. The ‘10Y guarantee’ in big letters basically tells you that there’s no such thing as free lunch.

Water babies is amazing!! My little one has been a water babies baby since 6months, now 3y7m, we have had a few water wobbles along our journey and I cannot praise his instructor, Jackie, enough, she has been so patient with us and tried different angles and adapting things to keep the progress going! We have come through it all and can see such incredible progress and it’s all down to Jackie!! The skills and confidence that is taught with the water babies journey is fantastic and as a nervous swimmer myself has even built my confidence as well as making sure I didn’t pass my nervousness onto my little one! Very sadly we are coming to the end of our water babies journey, simply due to other commitments, we are going to miss it so much!

Be careful . Anyways it's my fault for my previous experience I delete my reviews from trust pilot . Story was like that they was trying from me money from December order in may ... I give them second chance and I got more surprised what they can do for 10 dh I make order and I just request them add one more pics then they ask me this item now cost 10!dh moree it was Sunday offer and now is Mondey .. is wear they are so funny ... Guys better ask costumers we have problems we need more money but treat people on this way for 10 aed it's just ashame I have all screenshot how they was asking me remove reviews from trust pilot and how she was trying charge me more about 10 dhh..

Delivery took nearly 2 weeks despite paying a lot for express delivery. No reply from customer service yet. Quality not great. I used to think of Quiksilver as a kind of mid range brand - now I see them as very low quality, cheap, fast fashion brand. But still charging to high for what they are. A lot of their t-shirts feel like they cost $2 to make, cheap material, unflattering shapeless fits, and they don't use high quality or discharge printing.. it's just plastisol prints that sit on top like a sticker. There are genuinely good surf / skate / street brands out there but miss this guys it's just fast fashion slop.

One leg of my trip was cancelled and because of that I had to also cancel the other. Not my fault. Kiwi was a mailbox and was not helpful at all - I lost over 1000 Euro as the second flight did not confirm a refund. I wonder what role Kiwi plays if not helping their customers to get at least a part refund for a flight that had to be cancelled as the other airline simply cancelled the entire flight. I did not feel supported and recommend to pay a bit more and book directly with an established airline. Kiwi is nothing more than a mailbox in case of issues

Terrible experience. Bought policy online then as soon as I paid I was told I would have to wait 24hrs for my policy to become active! ( no mention of this prior to paying ) and then the next day I get a message saying “ Unfortunately we are unable to complete your insurance request. You will need to seek alternative cover” zero explanation. I will never deal with this company again. All the chat agents are bothered about when you speak to them is that you leave them a 5 star review for their staff competition.

I am extremely disappointed with Starex.az cargo service. I ordered an item from the USA, and local tracking clearly shows that the package was successfully delivered to Starex's USA warehouse 4weeks ago. However, the company refuses to ship my package to Azerbaijan, repeatedly giving vague excuses that the item is "still in the USA warehouse." They are failing to fulfill their contractual obligations and withholding my personal property. This is completely unprofessional.

Bought a Hyundai car from another dealer which is under warranty. Car had check electrical systems light appear. Advice is to not drive car or risk is breaking down. Phoned up to be to told that my car can't be seen as they are not taking customers on. I asked even though the car is under warranty? Was told that even if they can see it it won't be seen until September. It is mid July! What even is the point of warranty? Shambles of a situation.

Simon M came to fix the front door seal, he was so pleasant. Went round my flat and let me ramble on about all the problems I am experiencing. Hes raised jobs for the work needed, not just 'oh ill send someone out to have a look' he was so knowledgeable and kind. He gave me so much confidence in his advice. I hope to only have him visit in the future. Wonderful experience, 'that'll do' wasn't in his vocabulary unlike so many others!

A compliant was registered as my number got disconnected and after 5 days, still not resolved. The time line given was 24 hrs and for these 5 days I am unable to make call or use my data. Every time I reach out to the customer service, they give a very automated reply that this has been escalated and within today it will be resolved. I am really unhappy about such a poor service and I regret that I switched over from Etisalat to DU
