I'm not sure what you mean. You asked us via whatsapp whether the equipment would arrive before the 18th, and if it didn't, if you could get a refund instead.
So we assured you the gear would arrived within a week, and thus before the 18th. We did not process a cancelation, because you stated we could ignore your emails because you were happy to receive the items in time.
I'm sorry if you felt misinformed regarding import customs. Every item you import into Australia get import charges.
