I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who no longer get wet ears plus they are drinking more water. However my Shih Tzu was scared of it and won't get near it. The water stays fresh and it easy to change she the time comes. I love it.

My dog is a very picky eater!! And she just loves nutra complete beef flavor!! Every time I go to open a new bag she acts like a puppy eager to get at her food bowl!!

I dealt w/Emma. She was a great help! I rcvd an email reminding me my laundry sheets would be shipping in 3 days. Well, my dog had not taken to using the puppy pads as I had hoped for. She told me what to do and I'm looking forward to following her instructions! I'm so grateful for such fast help and her kindness! Wonderful customer service! Thank you!

As for the dog training program, I must confess we never used it for various reasons not associated with its efficacy. I have no complaints.

I love the products. Great quality and I feel it's safe for my pets and me!

I cancel my order, Arelie came thru. Gave me back my money..

I've yet to receive the bags that I ordered over a month ago and you're asking for a review already.

Prices were great, shipping was very fast, bedding is quality. Cheapest and best quality bedding, my go to store

I’ve been waiting over three months for my order which cost $165. I’ve reached out to the company over 1/2 dozen times and they assure me that it is in transit via sea freight. I’ve never been given a single update other than that and my order on the app still shows “processing”. My credit card company has now been reaching out to them on my behalf, and they haven’t responded to them. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to getting the product. I would never trust this company with your money.

Great handling of the transaction. Delivery was great
