Getting someone from overseas where the culture is so different it was very difficult communicating. I was also told that there was no way I could get the United States which through my own investigating I was able to get the United States. The overseas employee was very annoyed very frustrating.
The technician that showed up at the house was very knowledgeable and solved the problem very quickly

Everything was fine, delivery on time, no problems at all.

The construction is solid and easy to assemble, the flame is vibrant and actually warmer than expected, I was a little surprised at how fast it goes through fluid but that's just the burning process and certainly not the product's fault at all, I guess I'll need to order more fluid eventually the cloth burning matt when necessary, great product and thank you, Ronson Quinto

Martin swapped out my tires in no time at all, walked me through the process, checked all other tires pressure, and even checked my battery! Fast and THOROUGH service! Pleasure to meet you, Martin!

Outstanding service. We had a split oil tank which we managed to temporarily repair with a bar of soap. Got three quotes. He came out the next day and in the same day we had two quotes from him with different options. Everything was clearly explained to us and he was competitively priced. They fitted it today. The new tank has to be moved and put into a new place on a new base which they built to be currently legally compliant. Incredibly professional and didn’t stop working. They have a great work force. Cannot recommend them enough.

Second time now that Direct Oil has messed up an order, I will be avoiding in future. Order confirmed for delivery on or before August 13th, it is now the 19th. No communications, no responses to contact us or email, their phone line is fake, just leaves you on hold until you give up.

I just used fuel rewards for the first time...I went out of my way to Shell, where gas is much more expensive than my usual gas station (Costco), and I made an account, following all the directions in app. The app said I had 60 cents off per gallon, so I hit pay. It instructed me to stay in my car, I gave the pump number and processed payment. Spoiler: it did not apply my rewards, instead it charged me full price after going out of my way to save money! Times are hard and I could really use the money so I talked to the woman inside who told me I can only get rewards by paying inside and that otherwise she could not help. I called Shell and got transferred to all the different departments, each telling me that they could not help, but another department could (contradicting each other) until finally they hung up on me. I got scammed out of nearly $20 lol. I would stay away.

I am a business owner and have this card. It is ridiculous that I have to call in, ask how do I set up AutoPayment. Customer service tells me I have to print a form out and send it in. Then I am trying to link my card to QuickBooks and ONCE AGAIN, I cannot do that. I have to send in a stupid form. Get it together. You will be losing a customer.

The professionalism and caring manner that Tony brings to each of his calls.
