The setup was very easy and water taste amazing.

They keep me informed from start to finish of an order. They educate and advise me about what's best in my situation (I live in the mountains and deal with very unique well water...).
They stay on top of any project I initiate with them. They or maximum pros in their field and the material products are first rate. Thanks for a job well done, Guys! Barbara Epperson

I have been iSpring customer for close to a decade and use both whole house filtration system and undersink water filtration. Their products are top notch quality and excellent customer service. I had some issues with whole house UV bulb and John was very helpful in resolving my issues. Top notch product backed with high quality customer service. John is amazing and was very helpful.

Customer service was great. When there seemed to be a delay an email reply was quickly sent. Kim updated me and kept the process moving.

Very Disappointed in Anglian Water. I received an email thanking me for filling in a Care Assessment and they are moving me to a new tariff and my direct debit will go up to £21 per mouth. I haven't even filled in an assessment, I rang Anglian Water and they where just not interested and it was just like speaking to robots, they kept telling me you have filled assessment in and that's it, that's your new tariff tough luck. It's absolutely disgraceful so I have emailed the CEO.

Water softener would not pull from brine tank within one year of installation. Company wanted to charge $198 to look at it plus any parts and labor to fix. They do not stand behind the product they sell you. $4000 and one year later and I have no soft water!

This product is the best out there, and the only one I trust. With all the harmful products out there today, I can trust the high quality of Safrax. Thank you for making these available to small business and even for my car and home.

This machine has been a great investment! I use it everyday especially the sparkle water. Only downfall i have is the replacement filter says it filters up to 350 gallons but my machine was asking me to replace it with less than 50 gallons. Not sure if it calculates time or amount of water poured.
