I have no complaints at all really the lady I spoke to on the phone called Geraldine Combe was very helpful and could have a bit of a laugh with the guys who put the central heating in have done a very good job and I would recommend 0800 repair to anyone.Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I Had A Gas Safety Check ON My Home Gas Boiler Yesterday BY An 0800 Repair Engineer And He Was Very good Clean Work Very Friendly Person I Have found this Company Very good 👍they Carried out A THeror inspection And All Ok thanks.

Had a new boiler system installed, and immediately things started to go wrong.
1..The small "drain away" pipe that goes outside was just pushed into the ground, so a few days later, the boiler started to make a banging noise, an Engineer came and informed me that it was not installed correctly, and should have been in an area with Alkaline pebbles.

2..They did not drain and flush the system, but lied to me to say they did. ( my family was in the house all the time to confirm they lied ).

3.Didn't install or recommend to be installed, a filter to collect metal debris particles, causing 2 valves to become clogged/blocked .

4..3 visits of 2 people each time to measure and work out the fitment of bathroom ventilation system, still waiting for this to be fitted.

ALL these issues have been denied by this Company as of yesterday

David and Sean did a fabulous job of installing our new boiler , we couldn’t have asked for a better couple of lads they worked so hard from start to finish .Really courteous pleasant and explained everything really well .Well done 0800 these lads are a credit to the company We have been with 0800 for about 13 yrs now and never had any complaints 👏👏👏👏😊

Complete scam artists. Send out lots of so called engineers to do surveys and then make up an excuse not to fit the boiler under the grant schemes.

The second time 0800 repair have done several surveys ( that they get paid for) to suddenly say funding has been pulled. It’s a scam.

Great experience with 0800 repair. Jonathan Hoare my engineer was very friendly and efficient. My boiler wasn't working and needed some new parts and he came to install them the very next day. Very happy!

Had a boiler replaced by this company 1 year ago, now the boiler has broken and I have been waiting weeks for it to be repaired, and my last communication to find out what’s happening seems to have been ignored. I have had no working boiler for weeks now and have children in the house

Had a new boiler fitted by a young man called Alex I think. He was amazing! He worked so hard from 8am and didn’t stop until 4pm. He knew exactly what he was doing and did a fantastic job. A credit to your company.

They came to survey for a new boiler under ECO3 as mine broken after failing to turn up twice they finally arrived. Received a contribution quote where the scaffolding was more than the boiler contribution, I live in. Bungalow why would anybody need scaffolding unless it’s a nice money making scam after waiting for a week for a response on the scaffolding finally agreed to just continue with it. Another week and half later was told we had missed the ECO3 window even though I quote Joanne Thompson who emailed me on the 21st March to say “ Hi Nick
The closing date has been extended – even if it hadn’t you would have still been ok”. These people have now left me having to fund a new boiler myself even though I was eligible. They are underhand as far as I can tell and I would recommend to steer clear

Applied for new boiler 28th March.Phone call from Paul Turnbull on 29th March saying that two surveyors would call on 30th March which they did.Alan surveyed the boiler etc on the Wednesday morning and said everything was ok and we would get a call from head office.The surveyor on the afternoon who was a nice Irish lad checked all the radiators and vents etc.He said we qualified for the scheme and would get a call from head office in a couple of days with a start date for the fitting of a new boiler.On Friday 1st April received a phone call from 0800 repairs saying we did not qualify as we had a condensing boiler.This of course was ridiculous and I told her so.My husband phoned the new boiler scheme and they verified that any boiler qualified.After a phone call today 4th April my husband has been told that there were no slots left for fitting and no government funding available.As you can imagine we are absolutely furious and this company neither care or deal with the problems they have generated.

just had new ideal logic combi fitted by 0800 repair the engineer was steve dodds very nice and helpful person after installation the whole area was spotless he cleared away all the rubbish from the job
would highly recommend this engineer to anyone

Today Nathan came to repair my washing machine. He explained what the problem was and that the previous engineer had ordered a valve which was not the problem. It was just a blip in the electronic board and he said it would probably not happen again, but if it should, he gave me a number to ring and they would come straight out. A pity that the previous chap had not diagnosed the problem correctly and I would not have had to wait yet another week before I could do my washing. Very pleased with Nathan’s service who rang me back another hour later to check that everything was working correctly.

Today we had a brand new boiler installation, by a very professional Engineer called (Kev no 2391) who was assigned our installation via 0800. He was extremely
Hard working, and worked tirelessly to get our boiler inserted, and up an running. We really are very pleased with the high standard of workmanship and standard of his work and professionalism, what a delight to have such a great workman with such high standards. Not often seen. Thank you so much KEV.
