Awful!
Spent 50£ on flowers with a vase and chocolates.
They arrived without box, were left on the door mat .
1 flower arrived totally without petals. One was just a stick with 1 leaf.
Customer service awful, did not reply to my complain. Ignored me.
Never again!

I ordered beautiful flowers for my sister on her birthday. But what she received and what I ordered were two different things. Bouquet was just pathetic. It didn't look anything like an offer. Except the color they had nothing in common.
I tried to get the contact with the company, via phone or email, but since19.11.24. no answer. Customer service way below standard.
Flowers looked nothing like an advertised image. Awful service! Flowers were abot 5 hours late, my complaints were completely ignored by the company.
My bouquet ended up looking disgusting, they changed flowers into different colors and types; in response to my complaint, they gave me a discount for the next shopping, which I'm not gonna obviously use.

I've used their website twice.
First time it worked like a charm (even though the payment option wasn't exactly the easiest to deal with).
The second time I did not recieve any confirmation for my order and I couldn't pay because of that.
I sent them an email immediately because I needed the flowers delivered the next day.
I do not speak Polish but I tried to make my email as clear as possible. I added all the info that might've seemed relevant.
The email went unanswered and the flowers, obviously, not sent.
I have to admit that their prices are very good though.
