J'ai utilisé ce site ppur réserver un bus Green Travel VIP de Chiang Rai à Chiang Mai.
Mais un problème technique à fait que 12 Go Asia n'a pas réussi cette opération, après 3 tentatives.
Ils ont alors remboursé le montamt total en 48h.

I used this site to book a Green Travel VIP bus from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai.
But a technical problem meant that 12 Go Asia did not succeed in this operation, after 3 attempts.
They then reimbursed the total amount in 48 hours.

I use 12go to buy greenbus ticket from chiang mai to chiang rai. It is fairly easy to use. Only disadvantage is it can't book the bus at the very last minute, only counter allowed that

I had to book the train ticket from Chiang Mai to Bangkok and I was a bit hesitanting to do through 12goasia, reading some reviews, but in the same time I couldn't go to the train station so I decided to give a go and book through 12go.
The process was smooth and obviously you have to read the term and conditions before you book to understand what 12goasia doing as a third part on the booking process.
The train ticket arrived after 24 hours and in this occasion you don't get an instant confirmation, also customer service was fast and efficient to reply my email for some update when I asked.
In some country can be hard to book a transport (buses,trains) online so they will do it for you and I never had a problem until now.

Used 12go for train tickets from Bangkok to Chiang mai and back. Booked from Australia. When I needed to change the ticket collection arrangements they were prompt and accommodating. Staff at hualamphong were really helpful. When you book ahead for the sleeper you pay for all lower berths but we ended up with 2 upper berths (there were 5 of us so it was inevitable) and they refunded us the difference along with a small refund of the delivery cost because I picked up the tickets.

Also booked a minivan from kanchanaburi ayutthaya through them. Excellent service again.

Fantastic App! 🙂 We took the night train tickets from Bangkok to Chiang Mai in advance with them and everything was fine. They have a wonderful and very diligent customer support team. Congratulations!

Travel went smoothly. Booking was actually easy but if you've got to the payment page wnd jot completed that process yet you start again somehow it creates a double booking. In my case I wanted to pay using a Thai bank account but the page didn't give me that option when doing it on my laptop (could be due to thr vpn). So I redo the process on my mobile which then show the options to pay with a QR code scan through a Thai bank. The 12go support team were quick to rectify the situation though. The travels themselves were smooth there was only a little confusion at Sai Tai Mai Station where you have to change your online ticket to paper ticket for the bus. If you're new to travelling in Thailand, 12go is the website to go!

I took a ride from chiang rai to chiang mai in a vip Bus from greenbus. Booked it via 12go, everything was fine, no problems at all. Would use 12go again

Excellent service - used to get train tickets from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Bought online from overseas. Pick up process was easy. Nice cafe next door that this company has for simple food/coffee etc before the journey. Very nice and reassuring process. Will use again.

I booked through 12 Go a sleeper car on train 9 from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. I did it all over the internet from Georgia in the USA. I had no issues. They sent me my voucher and I took it to their office when I arrived and got my tickets! Easy peezy.

Six of us travelled from Chiang Mai to Nakhon Ratchasima on the 12th April 2022. We had a pleasant trip and enjoyed it very much. Thank you, 12GoAsia.

Everything was very easy to arrange, when they sold out of my original requested seat they emailed promptly answering all my questions and amended my booking accordingly. Collection of the train ticket was easy and instructions easy to follow. Would 100% recommend using them to book the overnight train from Chiang Mai

Booked a train from Bangkok to CHAING Mai in November 2020. Due to Covid everything was cancelled in the October.

We requested a full refund straight away and was advised it could take up to 180 days to process.

The 180 days have since passed and no refund. We recently emailed to ask why? to be told the time has now passed to process a refund and that they can only hold the money in the account.

This is disgusting behaviour from a company who have lied to us repeatedly. I expect a full refund.

I will be very surprised if anyone uses them again.

Booked Green Bus ride from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai online. It was easy and very convenient. The ride had nice scenic views along the way. Staff was pleasant and you receive water and snack for the ride too. Seats are comfortable and really good leg room for a tall person. Large road construction going on which made for a rough ride in some areas but unavoidable.

The website is well made, the markup they take is not too expensive and their service is amazing! I've had many back and forth with customer support and they answered diligently and efficiently. I can definitely recommend them as (the most) reliable option for travels in Thailand. However, sometimes they don't display all the available results (e.g. connecting buses to travel between Pai and Mae Sai via Chiang Mai, totally doable but for some reasons they'd show none on a given day), so do check by yourself in those cases by breaking down your trip into smaller parts...

Trip from Mae Sot to Chiang Mai, excellent journey on VIP seat. On time, confortable, a little problem with AC which has been fixe after a while.

The transfer from Colombo Airport to Negombo with Stef Lanka Travel went very well. The person who picked me up at the airport and the driver were very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe as a woman travelling alone.
The booking through 12Go Asia was very easy and uncomplicated. I have therefore already made another booking for my transfer in Thailand (Chiang Mai - Hua Hin), I hope that everything will go smoothly again :-)

We’ve booked train tickets from BKK to Chiang Mai and back. Everything was perfect. It was not problem to find their office to take tickets. We also booked transfer from BKK to Koh Chang. Thanks a lot for your job, guys.
