The booking process was easy. The driver was on time and drove smooth. We had one stop and arrived 2 hours before scheduled. I had an accident before getting into the bus. The driver brought me to an hospital in Chiang Mai.

Booked a night train from Chiang Mai to Bangkok 3 months before my trip. The whole booking process went smoothly. Also the customer service responds quickly and could help me with my problems in advance of my trip.
I really do recommend the night trains (special express trains!) for traveling and also the service of 12go.asia! The office for picking up the tickets was easy to find and everything went well. Thanks for this experience!

We were satisfied with railway transfer from Ayuttaia to Chiang mai.
However, when I wanted to book a transport from Kanchananburi to Ayutthaya, it was reported on the website 12go that there was no possible transport during this time. Despite this information, I normally traveled by bus and minivan to Ayutthaya.

Asked 12goAsia to book a day train ticket from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. They contacted me later that day saying the train was fully booked & suggested bus tickets or changing date of my rail travel. Actually I went for booking the sleeper in the evening & they booked that for me & refunded the cost of the original ticket immediately. Picking up the ticket from their office was fine. Only criticism is that they didn’t suggest the night train as an alternative to my original ticket request, but maybe that was because it’s a more expensive ticket.

I found 12go looking to buy a ticket from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. They proved to be excellent, and gave sensible alternatives, were efficient in handling my booking and their advisory really unexpected and helpful. Their afterhours service at their office in BKK in leaving my ticket with the night reception was unexpected and very good.
And my teto rail trips they handled smoothly and the journeys proved good too.

We booked a journey with them from Bangkok to Chiang mai. We booked it in multiple stages of the route so we could stop on the way. We made the booking more then 3 months in advance, however less than a month before the departure they told us that it was fully booked for parts of our journey, even though tickets become available 60 days before departure.

As they informed us so late all other trains were fully booked, and as they'd booked part of the journey but not all it meant we couldn't even change our plans without losing the money, as they wouldn't offer a refund.

No issues whatsoever. We booked our sleeper train from bangkok to chiang mai through an agent from our hotel because we weren't sure about how to book, but for our return trip I booked it myself through the mobile site and again everything went fine and we picked up our train tickets at the pick-up point and also got our 70b refund. 😊👍

travelled from Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 1 to Chiang Mai Bus Terminal 3 on Nov 6, 2019.

We were told to arrived an hour before the bus left on a pre printed ticket. I have no idea why as it was time wasted. Personal loading bus could not assist, went to check in counter where people purchase tickets as I thought I may need to check in, no. Again why do I need to arrive 1 hr before. Dangerous to attempt to go to the toilet during 3hr bus ride due to road works most of the journey. Suggest not pick front row isle seat as staff need to come through the door for service and toilet. English signage would be helpful in tourist destinations at boarding station.

Not having to go through all the plane companies, finding my way through the websites when Google translate (inevitably) fails, was a complete help.
I just had to indicate my starting city and destination and all travel options were given.
From plains to trains to ferries.

I only found 12GO through a recommendation. And I was only going to make use of there services for a ride with train no.9 from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. (Which is trip I highly recommend to everyone!)

Turns out the women's only cart was completely booked, they got back to me and made another booking and confirmed that new booking all within 30 minutes to an hour.
Perfect.

So I also booked two plane tickets and a ferry ride through their service.
Have not been disappointed in the slightest.

Seriously, save yourself the hassle and enjoy a worry free vacation.

Great! 12goasia is reliable!! I booked my Chiang Mai Tour here. No hassle in looking for a transportation either by plane, bus and train. Ticket was easy to redeem as well. I just hope there is a way to filter out my searches for the time I want to fly in and out, or for prices I prefer for easier searching. If there is, it cannot easily be found unlike other booking websites I've used. There can also be additional payment gateway fee for booking on this site which costs around THB 100.

We booked the day train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and highly recommend 12Go Asia. The online booking and physical collection of tickets was easy and the office staff very pleasant.

Excellent service! We used 12goasia to buy a bus ticket from Siem Reap to Bangkok and a night train ticket with sleeper from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and we couldn't be happier.
Since you can't actually buy a Thai train ticket online they physically have to go and buy it for you and then leave it at the office at the train station. We got there about 5h before our train and the employer had an envelope with my name on, asked me for proof of ID and gave me my tickets. Really happy with the service and it definetely helped us organize our transfers in advance!

Money efficient and comfortable way to travel to Chiang mai, really enjoyed our journey! Only improvement could be dimming the lights at night when everyone’s sleeping

Great experience with the reservation of the train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Support was great and always respo ded quickly to emails.

I booked a Green Bus VIP return ticket from Chiang Mai to Mae Sai via 12Go Asia and was very happy with the service. I tried booking directly on the Green Bus website but it was really poor and I couldn't work out how to make a booking. In contrast, 12Go Asia's site was very easy to navigate and book.

I was hugely impressed with the coach. It was really luxurious and a pleasure to travel in such comfort! The only negative factor was the on-board toilet, which was rather dingy and unpleasant. Given the overall high standard of the coach, this was disappointing. A little soap - even some toilet roll - would also be nice!

It does get very cold on the coach and I give full-marks to 12Go Asia - as they do warn about this on the ticket. Just remember to take sweaters, blankets etc. Do also check out the small print they send. Not cause they hide anything there but it's quite humorous.

Overall a great experience!

I have used 12GoAsio to book tickets on the night train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, to book the transfer from Ao Nang to Koh Lipe, as well as the transfer from Koh Lipe to Krabi. Everything went really smooth, they were very helpful and responded very quickly on my emails.

Arrived early and a good experience.

12Go.asia is a booking site, so you pay some fees, but the convenience it provides you is worth it. So far we have booked the majority of our journey through Southeast Asia with 12Go (e.g. Chiang Mai > train > Bangkok > bus > Siem Reap > bus > Phnom Penh > bus > Ho Chi Minh). I think the experience will vary for most, but the booking service does what it promises to do and provides you with options so that you can plan your trip.

We used 12Go booking in the UK for the overnight train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Fantastic company - communication was excellent, staff in the office were great - got a refund in cash as tickets were cheaper than paid on line - would use again without hesitation. Thank you!
