One Stop Auto Centre Reviews 

My car was never the same after I took it to One Stop Auto Centre. I took it there as it was an AA approved garage at the time so I didn't read any reviews. Big mistake!
I then did some research and found many people experiencing the same thing.

Booked MOT for yesterday,
They messaged to re book for the next day due to their mechanic not going to be in.
Drove all the way there this morning 9am to be told they can’t do.
Pretty poor service really
We have only been using the garage just over a year but have had both cars serviced and work done so we have spent a fair bit of money.

Booked wife’s car for a oil change at Dartford branch, got a phone call the day before just to confirm arrival time, next day arrived a bit early but no trouble the chap drove it in waited a little while for the oil to cool down a bit then up it went on the car lift oil drained out filter off gear box and plug quick clean filter on car dropped down filled up. Engine Run a while oil checked again little top up checked for any leaks all clear paid and off we went. Very satisfied with the work and the price.

Car booked in for a service today. It was booked in two weeks ago. Guy on the phone didn’t want my registration or phone number as he said he had booked it in and could I turn up as early as possible so I could get it back on the same day. Agreed and said it would be around 10.00am before I could get there. Arrived at 10.15 in 2 separate cars so I could be picked up. Just about to go to the office when a guy from the repair bay walks out and says “ I’m the only one here today so I can’t do anything for you. They should have rang you to let you know”. Another coplete and utter waste of time on top of the fact that this had happened previously when the car was booked for an MOT to turn up and find the place closed. Rang the phone line to be told due to a power outage they weren’t open and couldn’t ring as they didn’t have my phone number. Again guess what? They didn’t want it when it was booked.
The garage is Telford. Don’t waste your time with these people, it is not a professional organisation. A complete and utter waste of my time and fuel for two cars going there today!!!!👎🏻

Needed air conditioning re-gassed and they fit me in at short notice no problem, very reasonable price, extremely happy with the service received.
Also had tracking done and car runs perfectly.
Highly recommend this company.

Took my car to One Stop today for an MOT and full service and couldn’t be happier. The team were friendly, clear about what needed doing, and kept everything running on time. No upselling, no drama — just honest, professional work. The car feels great and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended.

A very thorough check and explanation from Naveen at all times to calls, WhatsApp and videos. Really important for excellent customer service and especially as a female not being treated as though I would not understand anything about car mechanics has been so great and appreciated.
