Learning is a hectic process here.
I registered for "Design for Engineers (UKOU)" course in this site. At the time of registration, they said that my login validity will be for 1 year from the date of payment. In my case my login is supposed to be valid up to 19th Oct 2020. But it is not the case. They suspended my login on 25th Feb 2020 for no reason. After several conversations and raising several tickets, they extended my login till 30th Sep 2020, which is earlier than before mentioned expiry date (19th Oct 2020). They also replied that university had called off the program. If it is so, they should have informed about it earlier. But they didn't. I was unable to complete the course and didn't even get a refund.
Also, there are several technical problems with this site. Learning process was not smooth even when compared to other free online learning sites. When a ticket is raised, it will take at least a week for resolution, even for a small issue. I spent most of my time raising tickets rather than learning on this site. Frustratingly some tickets remain unresolved.
Waste of money.
