because of the ending of support for windows ten, I had to buy a windows 11 computer, but cannot update to the latest version because the computer doesn't have enough space, even with a 64gb USB.

Very good experience when we had our conservatory renewed. Very good team to do the installation. Big thanks to Phil for sorting out a later problem.

3D windows were very professional and helpful from the enquiry stage through to the installation. The price was very competitive and I'm very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. The lads cleaned up after the installation and took all the debris/old windows away. I would definitely recommend 3D Windows.

What a great team at 3D Windows - from Richard's sales visit to the two fitters who carried out the work! Richard took the time to explain the work to be carried out and the manufacturing process, and to fully answer all our questions. The window fitters came when expected, were always courteous, fitted 14 windows over two days without any fuss and very little mess, and also cleaned up each day. And, the insurance and FENSA paperwork arrived swiftly after the job was completed. We love our new windows! Quality product and professional service.

Dealing with 3D Windows has been a superb experience from start to finish, with no pressure. I now have nice new windows fitted throughout my property. A pleasant experience from start to finish. The salesperson was honest and did not put any pressure to sell his products, instead he answered all questions and gave advice which was appreciated. The installers worked quickly, with respect for the owners and the property. I recommend them with confidence.

Richard was extremely helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother. The team turned up on time & completed the work to schedule. Very clean, tidy & respectful throughout the process of fitting. We highly recommend them quality of service.

Steve was polite and friendly, he did a great job fitting a new exterior door panel with cat flap, he cleared up after himself and made my two cats very happy. I would definitely recommend 3D Windows.

Emailed asking if they deal with aluminium windows-they replied Yes. Someone came for quote. He was late, no apology. I asked for a quote for aluminium (sash and casement) and wooden casement. I found him to be extremely rude, smirking/laughing when I suggested these-commenting 'you realise aluminium is expensive' -but he didn't say there was a problem and measured everything. He said quote would be about a week. Over 3 weeks later hadn't heard, I emailed, no reply after a week, so I called, over another week later I was called back -they can't source sash- that's ok, but won't quote for wood or aluminium casement as they don't do this - why say you do aluminium casement, measure my house and then weeks later say you don't? I feel they didn't take me seriously.

Had all of my windows replaced by this company in stages, and just had the last 2 fitted. Dealt with various people in the office and different lads fitting, all polite and helpful. Very happy with the work. Saving for a conservatory next, and will definitely be in touch nearer the time.Thanks all.

Had roof done on my carport and dry verge to the house apex. The workman worked tirelessly in cold and wet to get the job completed quickly before other tradesman were due. Left everything very tidy. A great price too.

This company recently knocked on my mother’s door uninvited and they used high pressure selling to a 90 year old lady, they persuaded her that her front door was insecure and was likely going to be broken into while she sleeps. shame on you, would recommend avoiding at all costs.

WOW!! So impressed with my front door! its completely changed the look of my house. would highly recommend to anyone! very friendly people also
