This company is a rip off. I went to get a lift done on my truck. When I came to pick it up, they wanted to charge me first over $80 because they broke one of my lug nuts and they charged me almost $30 for the part and $60 for labor. They waived the labor eventually as you would think you have to put my lugnut back on as it isn't extra work. They never called me whether they can sell me the lug nut. They just put it on. I could of went to Autozone down the street and bought one lug nut for my truck for less than $10. They also rip you off by forcing you to use their services. They would not let me get an alinement done anywhere else but them. They charged me $200 for an alignment when I could have went to discount tire and got it done for $100. Stay away from these crooks as they totally rip you off.

I needed new wheels and tires and trusted Gavin (Coppell location) with his selections! My car looks awesome! Everything was timely and easy! Thank you Gavin and 4 wheel parts!!

Overall, I had a positive experience with 4 Wheel Parts. Their customer service did a good job communicating with me throughout the order process. They proactively informed me that the box containing my Bilstein steering damper was in rough condition, but assured me the damper itself was undamaged. When it arrived, that assessment was accurate—the packaging had seen better days, but the steering damper was in excellent condition.

The only issue I encountered was that the damper did not include the hardware needed to mount the shaft side of the stabilizer to my truck. A flat washer and lock nut are required for installation, and not having them caused an unexpected delay and extra trip to the hardware store. It would have been helpful if customer support had made me aware of this before delivery.

For anyone purchasing the Bilstein B8 5100 Series Front Steering Damper, be prepared to source the mounting hardware separately if it is not included. In my case, a 1/2”-20 fine-thread lock nut and a 1/2” flat washer were required. I recommend using Grade 8 hardware with a zinc finish for automotive applications.

Aside from the missing hardware, the product was exactly as described, arrived in good condition, and the communication from 4 Wheel Parts was appreciated.

I have been dealing with trouble with the air in for 2 years. The 4 wheel world in Denton could not fix it and sent me air iq troubleshooting. they were unable to help. I talked with Colby at the white settlement office,he has excellent customer service skills and really knows the business. He told me to come over and he would help me figure this problem out. 10 minutes it was fixed. Amazing. This young man was polite, knowledgeable, excellent customer service and the big thing is he goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. I will be back at his shop. Wow! What a horrible mess this company is. I ordered two wheels online. I made sure to check that they showed ‘in stock’. It said that a confirmation email had been sent. Nothing. Two days later I contacted them on their web page contact text. Then I got an order confirmation and invoice for $600+ . A few minutes later I get an email saying they are out of stock. Then I get an email saying they are out of stock and so is the producer. So.. my card is charged and I am weeks out from getting anything.. No call. No text.. No offer to refund. I own a business. I track warehouse stock. A 5 year old can do it well in these modern times. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!! So pathetic! I have my build scheduled in 5 days.. Screwed by 4wheelparts.com.

You guys were very acknowledged on what you were selling and the more I brought the bigger the discount I got and I could not knock your company one bit mate I'll be telling people go there because I've never been there I've never heard of your company before but make you guys rock really more than happy then with what I got for the price the more I brought the cheaper got good on you guys five stars every single day

Contacted customer service (i had a question about an item as if it were out of stock or discontinued), never got a reply. Called, no answer. Moving on.

Dishonest listings and horrid customer service. Their website stated a part was in stock and would ship the same day. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email confirmation with a few disclaimers regarding delays in shipping and that my item would be shipped direct from manufacturer. When I called the customer support number to clarify, I waited 23 minutes to speak to someone regarding an existing order only to be disconnected by their system. I called back, this time using the "place a new order option" and someone picked up. Huge red flag here as once they get your money, they have no interest in helping you, but to help you place an order they answer immediately. The representative I spoke to had no way of verifying if or when my order had been shipped and suggested I wait a day or two "to see what happens". I stated that was unacceptable as my part was supposed to be in stock and shipped the previous day. I requested to cancel my order and the representative refused. Avoid this company like the plague! Spend your money at a retailer who is honest and cares about the customer service they provide.

Keep your money, go to another trucking supplier. They sold me a pair of running boards specifically for my make and model and they were not for my make and model when they arrived. They said I could return them but I was responsible for the shipping $332.00. They only cost around that much plus they wanted a 25% restocking fee for their mistake. Go to American Trucks when it’s a problem on their end they pay for everything. I will also make sure my company doesn’t purchase any truck related items from them since I’m the maintenance coordinator at my employer who is responsible for purchasing. STAY AWAY.

Terrible customer service. Damaged part. Submitted email request. No answer for a week. Call and girl says she will get it taken care of. No answer for a week. Follow up email. No answer. Follow up call - same girl says she’ll take care of it. Yea right. Explain that I have a vehicle that’s been down for over 2 weeks she tells me I can buy another bracket while they work through it. Yea right. I did just that. Bought it from summit racing a supplier that guaranteed will back their products. I wouldn’t use 4wheelparts.com if they were my last resort.

Ordered upper and lower door brackets for my jeep since the ones I have are corroding already on a 2016. Upper brackets came in just fine. The lower brackets however, were ALL horrible. Dents, scratches, paint chips. Also, the foam padding that each ones sits in did not have a brackets in it. They were all over in the box. Called customer service, got ahold od Daphne. Somewhat snotty and a little rude. Sent pictures of everything. Corresponded through email. Was offered a full refund upon their inspection or a $100 credit on an order that was over $450. I stated I wanted an exchange and she said ok. No exchange happened. They issued a full refund for the lower brackets instead. Emailed her 2 times asking what was going on. No response. Had to call to find out No exchange was issued. Very very very disappointed. Especially when this company was advertised on "Undercover Boss". I watched that freaking episode. Don't bother and waste your time or money.

Order a high performance power steering pump for my 04 Silverado Z71 said it was a direct fit went to put it on reservoir wouldn’t work high pressure fitting was wrong and bolt that secured it to bracket were 3/8-16 bolts not the metric bolts that can with old pump was a hassle putting it on called customer service and she hung up on me never buy from them again!

If you want a life in peace without frustrations, wrong parts, poor or non existent service; unwillingness to accept returns.Trouble getting a refund . Endless delayed responses. STAY AWAY from this outfit at all cost! trust me on this one !

I ordered a set of tires and wheels online, then I read the reviews here. I thought I made a poor choice, but the wheels arrived in 4 days and the tires arrived in 6 days. No complaints here. I'd order form them again because their prices are hard to beat.

great experience. I didn't know much about wheels and tires for my new truck and there local store people were very nice and explained to me how the fitments and sizes worked and they got everything installed in 1 day

I wish I would have read these reviews before dealing with this company. Good luck getting anyone from customer service to help. Still waiting on a refund for a product I never received and was returned back to their warehouse over two weeks ago. Finally got a customer service rep on the phone today and asked about the status of my refund and I quote "I do not have any information at this time, you should get an email soon" Purchase what ever it is you are looking at from literally anywhere else!!
