But dont give up use another domain and try to cloak your content , there is a huge volume of customers that still searching 922proxy daily, you can stil recover them, simply give free proxies as an apology for their inconvenience, they will come back. You still have a lot of customers!
Trust me i had the same situation, but i wasnt a big company so i didnt suffer like you did.

If there was a zero I would give them, they changed their domain and went with more than 1300 proxies still in use. They have decided to be scammers and yet most of their domains even opening an email doesn't work you have to apply for most them. Before subscribing, think twice and their support don't respond on such issues.

Update regarding refund process:

After reporting the unstable service, the support team confirmed in writing that a refund would be processed. However, shortly after, they repeatedly asked me to provide my full credit card number in order to “process” the refund.

For security reasons, I refused to share sensitive card details. A legitimate refund does not require the customer’s full card number. After my refusal, they claimed they could not issue the refund and told me to contact my bank instead.

This behavior raised serious concerns about professionalism, security, and trustworthiness.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious, especially regarding payment and refund handling.

I purchased a Static Residential Brazil proxy, but the service was extremely unstable.
The IP kept switching between Brazil and Asia (Hong Kong), going offline multiple times and disconnecting constantly.

Because of this instability, the proxy became unusable, and it ended up causing issues with my Facebook Ads account. I could not work properly and eventually had to stop using the service and switch to another provider.

Support claimed it was a database issue, but the real problem was the instability and constant IP changes, which made the service unreliable for any serious use.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

We are experience a proxy server this service was very fast and reliable for me best security and fast delivery.

customer service is so terrible, its like teaching a fish how to climb a tree.

I asked the same question to like 3-5 different reps and they all asid the same 1 sentence thing when i asked them how can I solve it.

- Proxies are really bad, most of the time they are unstable

- money = wasted
- Bots are probs better at customer service
- cant solve a simple issue

Generally good performance, with occasional slowdowns. Support was polite but a bit slow. Still usable.

If I can rate this lower then 1 I would have do it.... this proxy is the worse I have lost my good account because of this proxy.... their web base extraction proxy is nothing but the worse... the proxy will not even last for 30mins it will stop working or if you have 50 proxy in your account today if you check the next day you will see 40 proxy when you didn't use the proxy..... run for your life from this proxy I regretted buying this proxy

The IP quality is good and they rarely get blocked. On the downside, the download speed can be inconsistent during peak hours.

I'm satisfied with the connection stability for my work. The main interface of the client looks a bit outdated and could be more modern.

One of the worst proxy sites if not the worst of them all. First, the customer care is super rude, takes forever to reply your texts and don't have an exact timeline when they are online. Let me spare you the headache and kindly look for another proxy site if you need value for your money.

The worst experience of my life with proxies. They take your money, give you the SLOWEST service of all, their support takes 72 HOURS to reply, and they won’t refund you. You’ll need to file a chargeback with your credit card. Be very careful before trusting this company.

I’ve had a really poor experience with 922 Proxy. The connections drop constantly, the speeds are slow, and many of the IPs get flagged or banned almost immediately. The customer support takes forever to respond and rarely solves the problem. For the price, I expected a lot more reliability. Definitely not worth it if you need stable or consistent proxies.
