It seems like I made mistake praising bcgame bcz they fixed the glitch only for few days to please certain players . today n yesterday they were back to same tatics to loot players just now I saw after many reds they started to give green so players jumped to 3000 plus but immediately they started to give reappeared reds n players shrank to mere 1300 also of 46 reds they give only 22 greens n yellows are like 10 or 11 this is crazy n they are playing with speed switch bcz they increase speed n decrease speed as graph moves . The support at bc game was honestly no help to me. I opened a ticket about a fictional support copy-paste replies issue and kept getting the same generic response over and over, as if nobody had actually read what I wrote. I sent screenshots, dates, and transaction details, and they still replied with something like we are checking this with the relevant department. It felt like I was talking to a wall while the issue just stayed unresolved, very poor service.
After dealing with that, I started using jbitcasino instead, because I was tired of the whole headache.

They scammed me $8k, offered a $500 compensation and when exposed they refused to refund. They stopped answering my Casino Guru complaint once the agent started calling them out. They are full on scammers.

- I'm fully cooperative, they fully know who I am and how to reach out, they just don't care and prefer to keep the money they scammed.
- You have a complaint on Casino Guru from me that was closed in my favour because you stopped replying once they started calling you out on your bs excuses. Why don't you address this?
- They might attempt to say there's no new evidence or some bs like that. Keep in mind that in my case there's hard evidence, public and checked by everyone, that confirm their wrongdoing. They're fully aware of this.

This website really gave me a lot of trouble, I had an account from 6 years ago, ID from 2020. When they did not get it properly, it was verified with mobile number, 2fa, email, and even NID. However, during my withdrawal, they suddenly restricted my account, when I tried to contact them, they sent me some automated emails, and specifically said that I had abused the bonus. I told them in a big way that please tell me what I did, give me the details. They blindly replied. I have all the proofs too. I request everyone to stay away from this website.
