The support at bc game was honestly no help to me. I opened a ticket about a fictional support copy-paste replies issue and kept getting the same generic response over and over, as if nobody had actually read what I wrote. I sent screenshots, dates, and transaction details, and they still replied with something like we are checking this with the relevant department. It felt like I was talking to a wall while the issue just stayed unresolved, very poor service.

After dealing with that, I started using jbitcasino instead, because I was tired of the whole headache.

They scammed me $8k, offered a $500 compensation and when exposed they refused to refund. They stopped answering my Casino Guru complaint once the agent started calling them out. They are full on scammers.

To any dumb reply they may send here:
- I'm fully cooperative, they fully know who I am and how to reach out, they just don't care and prefer to keep the money they scammed.
- You have a complaint on Casino Guru from me that was closed in my favour because you stopped replying once they started calling you out on your bs excuses. Why don't you address this?
- They might attempt to say there's no new evidence or some bs like that. Keep in mind that in my case there's hard evidence, public and checked by everyone, that confirm their wrongdoing. They're fully aware of this.
- They might attempt to say that any 'new' evidence should be sent to their official support: they don't answer any type of support. They fully ignore you once they notice they're exposed and the next logical step would be to apologize and refund.

Avoid at all costs.

For more than 19 months, I have been requesting one simple thing: the actual evidence supporting the allegations used to withhold my funds, account, and financial rights. To this day, not a single document, record, transaction log, or verifiable piece of evidence has been provided to me publicly or privately.

Merely repeating allegations does not establish their validity. Repeating the same claims for 19 months without presenting supporting evidence does not answer the questions that remain unresolved.

You state that conclusions were based on account records, security findings, and platform policies. If such records and findings truly exist, then provide them. I have consistently requested the material used against me and have remained ready to cooperate with any verification process at any time.

Equally concerning is the fact that the evidence I have repeatedly submitted in support of my position continues to be ignored. A fair process cannot operate on allegations alone while disregarding the information provided by the affected party.

You also continue to avoid addressing several important facts:

• More than 19 months have passed without disclosure of the evidence relied upon against me.
• Official assurances provided to me on Twitter have never been fulfilled.
• The company's operational location has still not been disclosed despite repeated requests.
• Multiple previously blocked accounts have recently had their funds restored, while my case continues to be left unresolved.
• My remaining balance of 5,000+ TRX and affiliate earnings continue to be withheld.

The support at bc game was honestly useless for me. I opened a ticket about a fictional support copy-paste replies problem and got the same canned answer again and again, like nobody even read my message. I sent screenshots, dates, and transaction info, and they still replied with we are checking this with the relevant department. It felt like talking to a wall while the problem just sat there.

This website really gave me a lot of trouble, I had an account from 6 years ago, ID from 2020. When they did not get it properly, it was verified with mobile number, 2fa, email, and even NID. However, during my withdrawal, they suddenly restricted my account, when I tried to contact them, they sent me some automated emails, and specifically said that I had abused the bonus. I told them in a big way that please tell me what I did, give me the details. They blindly replied. I have all the proofs too. I request everyone to stay away from this website. I signed up last week to BC Games and KYC wanted me to make a deposit of 55 for KYC approval. Then I’d be able to play and withdraw without any problems or restrictions. So I did as I was told then I tried to make a withdraw to my crypto wallet address got another red flag this time it said wallet verification error. So Emma at support says this is what you need to do to be able to withdraw and if further issue comes up that she would guide me through the process. Whole time there buttering me up all the while I’m getting more irritated. So I listen to Emma I make wallet confirmation deposit. Then Another support specialist took her spot conveniently. Mia says congrats wallet is confirmed and now you “should “ be able to withdraw whole balance if I wanted too.But didn’t Emma state wallet confirmation deposit needed then after that I’m good to go. Soon as I deposit boom different support agent Mia is there now saying Congrats that I should be able to withdraw. Typical scam move. So I Go withdraw now is says wallet verification error then support says that the company AML which does KYC verification process says AML error which I’m already verified on KYC first thing I did now Please deposit 170 now to unlock withdrawls. Pathetic is less than a word for costumer service on this site, tried to contacted them 4 times in a row(everyday) to solve me issue with loose bets(+5.5Game handicap and +3.5Game handicap in set 2) which supposted to be win , official results from itf 2:0 6:4 7:5, firstly they tried to tell me 8.5Game is less than 7 games wtf? they use 72hours policy after that explaining to me it is to late to resolve bet settlement, last bet on this site stay away if you don’t want to have winning bets settled as loose.

This is my 2nd review about bc games. Bc game is totally scam you can never win on this platform they analyse your gameplay pattern and they totally make you loose.
