The carwash is the worst carwash…club carwash is ran by a bunch of kids

The carwash is the worst carwash ivecever been to. The wash itself is great but the uneducated workers they have are a joke. They eill beat the piss out of your car with the prewash. I had 2 accounts with them and cancelled both and they continue to charge my debit card telling me its good till next month (guess they just need more time to chip more paint) . I will pay it but im going to switch to rainstorm and only give negative reviews about club carwash in Decatur Il

I am rating Club carwash Beware

I am rating Club carwash Beware. I was a loyal customer of their carwashes and used them only. I had an entire back panel ripped off my car during the wash. They made a claim and then denied it. Saying that my car was to old. I have a 2016 Honda CRV that is in perfect shape. I called to dispute the claim and they were awful (Matt) talked over me and told me I had to give them proof their wash caused the prior loosening of that panel. I told them there was no way that it was not from prior washes that I use them all the time. I gave him the location I used for prior wash and asked them to check by my license number. He sad they have no way of doing that. Would not consider that I was telling the truth. Said I was lying. He was rude and could care less that I was a loyal customer had multiple subscriptions proving I used them all the time. They could care less if they damage your car. They will find a way of NOT making it right. I assured him I had no accidents and you can see from my car in picture that it was in excellent shape. He said did not matter that it was too old so either way they would not pay. If you use them do not expect them to do the right thing.

Vehicle Damage - Claim Denied

On April 24, 2026, I had my car washed at Club Car Wash on US 90 in San Antonio. Just before that, my vehicle had been inspected at a dealership with no damage noted. After the wash, I noticed my shark antenna was missing. An employee said she checked the tunnel and would look again after closing and call me the next morning, but I never received a call.

I returned and spoke with Ervie, the team lead, who filed a claim and said I’d hear back within 10 business days. The claim was denied shortly after, with Club Car Wash stating they are not responsible for antenna damage.

I’m very dissatisfied. My vehicle had no prior issues, has never been in an accident, and I’ve used car wash memberships for years without problems. While I understand policies exist, this situation shows a lack of accountability. There was no pre-existing damage, and this experience is pushing me to take my business elsewhere for all three of my vehicles.

We cancelled our membership and they…

We cancelled our membership and they "said" they would refund some of our money and not charge us anymore. They charged my credit card even tho they closed my account. Now they say they will not refund the monthly charge. I may have to get lawyers involved if they don't refund my money!

So last month I went to the club car…

So last month I went to the club car wash I'm watch the 9th and when I got there they was telling me that I didn't have an active account but what really happened was the lady that gave me the discount at the car wash if they were the promotion they had and she didn't cut the other account off and even though I was showing them that I had they had took his money out of my bank they wouldn't serve me I had to call the 1-800 number so I called the 1-800 number and I explained it in what happened I was really really angry because the way the manager and you know the customer service was horrible anyway some kind of way they had gotten it figured out that the girl had left both accounts open and she had both stickers on my window the girl removed the sticker problem resolved this month I go to wash my car they got rid of my whole membership said that I told them to cancel my membership mind you the membership was $18 so out of spite because I was angry I don't know what I said I definitely don't remember I might have said if you can't fix it just cancel it I might have said something like that but whoever done that they done it out of spite and now the car wash is $36 they never played the recorded back to me but they said on the record and I said to cancel the membership I would never ever go back to this place they have a new car wash on Lindbergh down the street if it costs more I'll give them my money before I give Clark car club boys my money I forgot to mention last year in August I got robbed for my purse and they know that these robberies are going on at their car wash they never tell anybody they don't hire security this place is horrible

The guys who wash before you enter are serious about their job! They always do a great job and I always tip them because they deserve it. I also went home to get another car enrolled monthly because Tyson told me about the 3 mt discount ending today. I always see him at the car wash. What a nice personable young man. This is the kind of employee everyone is always looking for. The place is always spotless.Thanks

I recently Brand New Truck Damaged & Completely Ignored by Managementhad a very disappointing…

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Club Car Wash that resulted in damage to my vehicle and a complete lack of accountability from both local management and follow-up support.

I drive a brand new 2026 RAM truck with just over 700 miles on it. It is not a work truck and is meticulously maintained in near-showroom condition.

While entering the wash at the Pflugerville, TX location, I was being guided in but was slightly misaligned. Instead of stopping me and asking me to reposition, an employee physically pushed on the side of my truck bed to force it onto the track.

When I returned home, I discovered two indentations in the side of my truck exactly where the employee applied pressure. The force used was enough to bend the metal on a vehicle with only 700 miles.

I immediately contacted customer service and returned to the location as instructed.

What followed was just as concerning as the damage itself.

The manager on duty:

Did not introduce himself
Did not inspect the vehicle
Did not apologize
Did not document the incident
Showed visible frustration that I was even there

I was told he could “tell the employee not to do it again,” which was the only response offered. When I requested that a report be filed, I was treated as though I was inconveniencing him. I was then misdirected, left waiting, and ultimately ignored entirely.

Since then, I have attempted to escalate this through corporate channels and have received no response.

Based on this experience, this appears to be more than just an isolated incident. The layout of the location itself makes proper alignment difficult, and I observed another vehicle having the same issue while I was there.

I have used other car wash companies for over a decade without a single issue. Unfortunately, this experience with Club Car Wash has been the complete opposite.

I will be repairing the damage to my truck myself, but I will not be returning as a customer.

I would strongly encourage others to use caution, especially if you care about your vehicle.

Fraudulent company

This company damage my vehicle and refuse to pay for the damages. If that's not good enough they also will provide you with poor customer service. There are way to many vehicles getting damage and they are get away with it. Something needs to be done. This company is fraudulent. I know the lowest is one, the are below that.

Aggressive and confrontational

I don't like the aggressive sales pitch for the monthly membership. Even after saying no twice, she continues to be aggressive and confrontational. Too bad because the rest of the service is great! We have a choice in Kyle, so won't be giving them any more business

This company is fraudulent. They refuse to fix any damage to your vehicle when you go through their car wash. They should know their car wash better than they do, and if it is causing any damage to any vehicle, they ned to look into their equipment. I am taking it to the attorney general's office for resolution. Once this monthly membership is over, I'm done with them

The cashier at the fond du lac location…

The cashier at the fond du lac location was very rude and unprofessional.i just wanted a single MVP wash.she told me about the 50% off for 3 months special.i had the membership in the past and I didn't wash my car enough to make it worth it and i explained this to the girl.when she realized she wasn't gonna sell me the membership her demeanor changed.she became aggressive with her sales pitch,giving me crazy looks,and blowing me off for the next customer.the MVP wash is close to $30.she made me feel like I was a POS cause I didn't want the membership.if this is how your going to be treated at club car wash,I guess I will not be returning.

Pointless service

Edinburgh Colinton is the one I use and it has only been open once since I subscribed 10 days ago. Pointless paying a subscription if you cant use it.

Don’t go there if you value your car.

Prior to taking my new car through Club Car Wash in OP, KS the paint was perfect. I drove straight home & saw obvious scratches in the paint. I called customer service & was told to file a claim by having them take pictures immediately. They would compare video footage of my car as I arrived prior to having it washed. They won’t cover any of the damages and won’t share the video of my car as I entered the wash. If the damage did not come from Club Car Wash, they should share the video. Don’t go there if you value your car.

Read this Review before joining CLUB CARWASH

I have been going at the same car wash with my car for months, my clear lens on my rear tail light came off and I noticed it and spoke with the site manager about it. She helped me take pictures and put the claim in. The claim department spoke with me and she claimed that it is my cars fault not the car wash. All the reviews that I have read about this business are all the same complaint. I wished I read the reviews before I gave them my business. I have 4 cars in the Club CARWash and I am CANCELLING them TODAY!!!

No apparent respect for customers

I went to the club car wash in North Richland Hills Texas about two months ago and was disappointed that the young lady at the kiosk tried way too hard to sell me on a monthly pass. I asked her a couple of times to please not make me sit through the sales pitch because I needed to get going and all I had time for was a quick car wash. She not only proceeded with her sales pitch, but seemed critical of my decision. She tried hard to get information from me regarding why I did not want to purchase the membership. I again mentioned that I did not want to have this conversation; I just wanted a quick car wash, please. I decided after two months to try again, hoping that all of the other negative reviews would help this company realize that they need to change their protocol. However, although I was even firmer this time that I did not want to hear the sales pitch, the girl told me that she had to. She said she was required to, and she would not cease to try to sell me a membership. I asked her to please respect me, the customer, and just sell me a car wash. She refused. I will not be returning this place that obviously does not respect for their customers’ wishes above their own.

So they are a newer carwash in our…

So they are a newer carwash in our area. I have signed up all of my 5 cars and have had only positive experiences. We use Beloit,Wi / Machesney Park,IL / and are looking forward to the new one being built in Rockton, IL.
After reading all of the negative reviews I felt bad that they are not as well liked in other areas. I would hope that the company would reach out to the customers that have had negative experiences and try to resolve those issues.
We are looking forward to the new location and hope that management does not do anything to jeopardize their future success by ignoring customer Issues.
