I made a simple deposit of €20 on May 14th at 16:44. Today is May 22th, and the money is still NOT in my casino account. This is absolutely ridiculous for such a small amount.

I contacted live chat support multiple times, provided a screenshot as proof of payment, but they just copy-paste the same corporate templates. First, they blamed the weekend, then they told me my "funds are secure" and that I need to wait for an email investigation.

A professional casino with a "strong reputation" should be able to check a payment screenshot and credit €20 within 5 minutes. Instead, they make customers wait for days and ignore clear proof. I am extremely disappointed with this terrible service and I do not recommend playing here.

It has been another 5 days since I posted this review (and almost two weeks since the actual deposit). I contacted support once again, and of course, they just brushed me off with the exact same copy-pasted phrases. There is still ZERO on my casino account. This "top-tier" casino treats its customers like absolute garbage. They stole my money and they simply do not care. Avoid at all costs!

First off, %95 of my online play is roulette and ive been betting the same two numbers for years. 36 & 0.

Here I am over 1000 spins in and I'm thinking this is the longest ive ever seen a game going without hitting 36. Turns out, 36 doesn't even come. I addressed this to Casinok.co support and they just went on to give me the "oh your luck will change, bad runs can happen". After a day of no response, I message The Boss asking if he had the chance to play. I couldn't believe what he told me. "Why dont you play other numbers if you know 36 isn't coming. Use it to your advantage to make profit"
Where is the concern for this matter? Not just me but for the website itself. The last thing The Boss told me was that he had checked everything and everything was fine. I told him that if he thinks everything is fine then he has no business running a casino. He then deleted the chat and banned me from the VIP telegram channel, but not before I could screenshot the entire conversation.

Overall Worst experience.. I used their no deposit bonus. I placed withdrawal request of 3000 ,soon after I coul see it was rejected and reason they gave me was wagering requirement needs to be fulfilled. I played and completed wagering requirement. After completing my wagering requirement I placed withdrawal request for the 2nd time for 3500 this time and I see no funds in my account. All the funds have been nullified. It was emptied and they mentioned "casino desk withdrawal". Total of 10400 inr they looted. Worst experience. I asked them to close my account but they are not closing.
