Bad customer service

I bought a (fairly expensive) milk foamer from their website. 2 months later, the product presented some defects. I wrote to them and did not receive an answer the first time. I'm not blaming them for the bad product but for their customer service.
[EDIT] After I reached customer service a second time, Peter got back to me within minutes and had already sent a replacement my way. I'm happy to hear that I will be able to use my product again. Great service, so thank you for that.
