Everything, every little thing, from navigating the website to receiving email alerts about delivery, is simple, easy, informative. Product is fabulous, clean lines, quality material, long-lasting. Cannot wait for this mercantilist administration to stumble into oblivion so the tariff duties diminish. Then I will purchase even more.

I ordered some Merino wool sweatpants from them and I love them so much! I found the pair that arrived damaged and they were very prompt and friendly on getting me a new pair easily. They worked with me to see if I wanted to send back the old pair or keep them at a discounted price to be more eco friendly - which I love. Thank you!

I ordered merino wool pants from LOOW. It arrived quickly (delivery made within Denmark) and I could use the pants for a hiking trip in the Swiss Alps in the beginning of June. The customer service was also prompt to respond to my questions before I placed my order. I was happy with my purchase except for the fact that the waist adjustment rope was not removable as it was sewn together with the pants at the back seam. This made the waist line around the pants dry forever. I asked LOOW if they could deliver a pair without the waist rope attached, but they couldn’t. This made me consider whether I should return the pants using their ‘try our products for 30 days for free’ scheme, but finally a friend that had a sewing machine could help me to remove the annoying waist rope by unseaming and then reseaming the pants at the back so I decided keep my purchase. If it was not for the non-removable waist rope I would have given 5 stars as, at least, from the product I ordered one could see that they use good quality material and the sewing is done solidly as well.

The polos are nice - they fit well. They are merino, and have all merino advantages. I would prefer if they would be a bit finer - thiner - like the t-shirt. But they are ok.

Excellent products and fast shipping. Only issue was there are a lot of out of stock items on the website.

the clothes quality are generally great which is why youve seen me buy i think around 15 times now, over a few deliveries.

i like that deliveries have been fast and more or less always at expected dates.

i would like jacket options, including smart casual options. a competitor, i********r has made a few that ive bought.

couple reasons why im buying loow: chatgpt recommended you, and the country where i currently stay doesnt have a great in store selection when it comes to merino clothing.

the merino wool boxer that i bought ripped slightly at the bottom though. seems like im a S on t-shirt and that fits but M on boxer is on small side, so not sure if sizing is super consistent

I’ve used LOOW intensely for the past few years. I’m a forester and used to be an infantry officer and I use them every single day (!!). There’s a reason why I use Loow rather than some of the other brands available; the comfort, the durability, the customer service and the availability.
For me there’s no other option than to pick the best product!!

Products are great but I’ve had a lot of trouble with returns. Still waiting on a return label one week after I initiated a return despite several emails

Nothing wrong with the products.
I received them in a paper bag, which was torn open in several places, revealing what was inside - probably due to rough handling by the post company.
BUT the wrapping was poor from LOOW´s side - actually no wrapping, just the paper bag.
I suggested to LOOW that they do something about that.
