Great selection and prices on solar panels. I was able to pick up the two 580 watt panels that I ordered at a nearby fulfillment center a few days after ordering them and didn’t have to pay any shipping cost. Absolutely fantastic experience. I will order from A1 SolarStore again when I expand my setup.

Nearly canceled order due to poor coordination
All went well with purchase. Glad I was able to get all three panels in my EV9. although had worked with A1 Solar about making it with two individual pickups. The guys at warehouse said all or none/cancel order; but thankfully it fit. Just wish A1 would had better coordinate with their warehouse guys, as they said they never had done this.

Bought 22 Trina 415W bifacial panels here for my DIY solar project. Best price I found anywhere for these panels, and local pickup at their Punta Gorda location meant no freight charges and no risk of shipping damage. All panels arrived in perfect condition and performed right at spec once installed. Pickup was quick and the staff was easy to work with. Will definitely come back when I expand the system.

The tracking didn't update for a day or…
The tracking didn't update for a day or so and I figured the package hadn't moved yet. Then it suddenly showed up at my local terminal. Guess the carrier was just behind. Either way, it got here without any issues.

Needs some improvement
EDIT:
I deleted my original review to leave an update. The issue was ultimately never resolved but, I did receive a refund from the company. If I would've gotten the correct solar panels, undamaged, I would've bumped it to 4 stars. I'm changing my review because Melisa's customer service is unmatched. She really saved this company and is the sole reason I'm updating my review.
The Events:
1. I received the wrong panels and they were damaged
2. They sent me new panels, which were also wrong, and some were damaged
3. They couldn't produce the correct panels so they refunded my money and picked up the old panels
My only regret is not being able to get the correct panels, as I feel Melisa's effort should've been rewarded with a complete sell.

A1 Solar Store is a scam operation. I sent them $1000 and they never even bothered to let me know anything about my order and they never answer their phone.
I placed an order online and I sent $1000 by Zelle. I want to pay the balance of my order, but I need to know if you have received the $1000 that I sent by Zelle. You have never answered any of my many emails, you never answer the phone. Every time I call the recorded message always says it is “After Hours.” I call every hour from 9:00 am until 5:00 PM, recorded message is always the same: “After Hours” You give me no choice but to report your scam operation to the authorities. I have already sent $1000 by Zelle and you did not even reply to let me know if you received my money. I will start by reporting your scam operation to BBB, but I must also report your scam operation to all authorities.

Ordered a battery and two panels
Ordered a battery and two panels for a small off-grid setup. Website filters made it easy to narrow down options. Shipping took about 10 days which was fine. One email went unanswered for two days but they sorted it out quickly after that. Happy with the purchase overall.

Came across A1 SolarStore while looking for panels for my cabin. Prices were the best I found after checking maybe a dozen sites. Pickup was straightforward, staff helped me load everything and checked each panel before I left. Already told two neighbors about them.
