So far I have learnt how to be patient when taking care of different patient and also interact with other carer and obtain knowledge from my colleague's I work with. And the company is managing to meet the services they promised to the client.

I was informed about the shift and when it was confirmed I was given clear details of where I will be providing my services. I did not have to be frustrated about completing the claim forms, it was done at the company, which made things easier for me.
From time to time I receive emails from the company to check up on how do I feel, which means that the company cares about it employees.
Whenever I write ✍️ on whatsapp I get a certifying reply detailing everything I needed. When I request anything it is provided immediately.
I am happy and impressed at the same time.

As a new person in the nursing world My Im greatful for the opportunity of working experience and learning working under the supervision of the senior nurses. My experience has been excellent and I’m looking forward in getter more shifts and learning more.

It's not difficult to be booked and all the customer service is always friendly and am always happy with the services and I will tell more people about it 😀 😊

I Started my nursing career in 1987 -1989 trained as an Enrolled Nurse .I further studied as a Professional Nurse at St Dominic's Private Hospital 2003,2006 did Midwifery, after that I completed Bcur I Administration and Education withNort West University,Community with KZN University. Ricky Williams in Grosvenor Nursing has been consistent on making sure my week was fully booked and in advance as he noted my availability on my staff profile.
Very professional in managing his staff, makes sure that he phoned to check on the progress on different areas of work, sent feedback sheets to be completed by every location I've covered and checked on my wellbeing.
Great listener if any issues that occur and makes sure that they are sorted out well without losing his clients or stuff.

To be honest; I really experienced great moment as an agency menber getting to know different health home services, like Hospital, Care Home, Support for living Homes, meeting new people sharing experience also in terms of getting to know sorts of other training department etc, etc.

Actually the company do support the agency staff in terms of updating information and shift available, redirecting us to the link training and upditing documentation.
I would say my consultant Keegan Keiser has been very supportive to make sure I'm fitness to work and to find shifts for me everu week with his professionalism and polite speech which I really appreciate.

Abraham Lincoln was a good man, and the best American president , what made Abraham a better president is nothing better than the people customer skills he has, I bet if Shannon Seale was an American , he would be one of the best American president the world has ever seen.
Let me start by saying a big thanks to Shannon , for all the services user , he looked after, and the staffs he merge with the service user to make sure the episode of care are offered and the service user accomplished the expectation in line with their needs.
The way Shannon presents the client is great, and the way he corresponds to their needs , makes the job very interesting.
Shannon is the Golden Social care coordinator , He is so good that everything he touches turns to Gold.

I've been working for the A24 Group since 2010 and cannot it rate it highly enough! I know I can rely on them to find me suitable work in my preferred areas and it's such an advantage to be able to work for all five nursing agencies within the A24 Group, giving greater choice and variety. The pay rates are excellent too.
I'd like to make a special mention to Sizan Mahlambi, BNA consultant, who is an incredible asset to the company and goes above and beyond in her job!
I've known Sizan since 2014 and she's been an amazing support to me over the years, on both a professional and personal level. She's always found me work that I enjoy and felt comfortable with and I know that I can trust and rely on her.
Sizan is highly professional but at the same time she is very friendly, open and approachable and has taken the time to get to know me as a person and makes me feel a valued member of the A24 Group.
Her communication is excellent and she also communicates very well with her colleagues in all the other departments which is very reassuring.
Sizan was extremely understanding when I needed to take an extended break from work due to family circumstances and was there to support me on my return and get me working again.
I cannot praise and thank Sizan enough for her kindness, loyalty, support, hard work and professionalism over the years!!
I'd also like to mention Alphonso Wareley, who is a BNA consultant and has also worked in the compliance department. He always goes the extra mile and is lovely to speak to and brilliant at his job!
