Don't buy if you live in Switzerland as you pay import and duty fees which you won't by buying in any store as they ship from Sweden. Makes no sense!
Don't buy if you're in UK - Inexistent Service
I bought a carbonator two years ago off Amazon. It had to be replaced because it was faulty. Amazon refused to exchange it, they only do refunds - however the price was higher. I bit the bullet and replaced it at a loss. Same thing happened again this year. 3 Carbonators in 2 years and the brand keeps raising prices. They advertise premium products, but their Customer Service is awful. Try writing them an email, they will respond in 3 days if they respond at all. I've written 6 emails to get information on my order Cylinder Exchange. Just an awful company and brand to work with from UK at least.
Outstanding after-sale service
After having an issue with my carbonator, Aarke offered tremendous help to fix the problem and offered an outstanding after-sale service. This is what I call premium, not only the product but also the client service! Many thanks again.

The guys at Aarke went above and beyond with their customer service. I recently purchased a Glass Carafe Purifier, and during unpacking I believe I may have cracked the glass. I reached out hoping to buy a replacement as soon as possible, as it was a Mother's Day gift — and not only did they reply promptly, they sent a replacement glass carafe immediately, no questions asked.
I was simply hoping to purchase the broken part, but they chose to replace it without hesitation.
It's rare to find products that are both well-designed and nicely crafted, backed by customer service that matches that same standard. This time, both exceeded my expectations.
The support system and packaging needs some work
Update: Aarke apologized and sent a replacement carafe, which I appreciate. Bumping the rating to reflect that.
The original issue: coffee maker arrived with a shattered carafe, packed with no real protection around it - damage in transit happens, but this one was set up to fail from the warehouse.
The support experience still needs work, though. It took a long stretch of silence - multiple contact form submissions with no acknowledgement and an Instagram message with no action - before anything happened. A premium price tag should come with a premium response when something goes wrong, and a single contact form as the only support channel isn’t enough when it goes unanswered. Glad it was eventually resolved, but the path to get there shouldn’t be this hard.
We had an issue with our Carbonator…
We had an issue with our Carbonator Pro, I reached out to Aarke. The case has been handled gently and profesionally on top of being resolved very quickly. One mail with the requested information, a few days and they got back to us with a great solution. I recommend Aarke for their products and for their service.
Great customer service from Aarke
Great customer service from Aarke. I'd stupidly ordered 2 packs of canisters, forgetting there were 2 in each pack, and when I only returned 1, was going to be charged for the remaining pack. An email to Aarke and everything was sorted out within a day or so. Very pleased!
Non existent customer service - AVOID!
2 stars for delivering my order on time.
Unfortunately there is a chip in the glass and I am not particularly happy with spending over £100 on a supposed premium product that is unsafe to use.
I hoped the online refund process would be easy, however was only offered refund in form of store credit which I have no interest in.
Contacted customer support using their web form - seems to be the only way to seek assistance, no live chat or telephone number 🚩.
No response after two working days, although according to their automated response, this time may be extended over the Easter period…which was three weeks ago🤔. If web form is the only way to contact surely your responses should be prompt?
Thankfully I paid using credit card so have resorted to filing a section 45 notice with my bank to try and claw my money back.
Great help with replacement parts
I needed some replacement parts for my Aarke Purifier and after ordering a replacement pitcher, i got a lot of help getting the other parts. Heather was really helpful

We chose Aarke for its design and also to avoid a well known brand we didn't want to fund.
We had a gas leak after less than a year with the Carbonator Pro. We contacted Aarke's customer service, were told it couldn't be fixed with replacement parts and were offered a new one without any difficulty, sent for free to France. A single mail exchange made it sorted. Great product, great design, great customer service. We highly recommend Aarke.

A really nice device. We had a technical issue after two years, but after three emails and assistance from customer support, we received a replacement device with no trouble at all!!

FIVE STARS Products & Support
I’ve used various products so far. I started out with a basic carbonator just for the look of it, and later switched to the Carbonator PRO because of the glass bottles. I’ve had two issues with it, both of which were resolved promptly, discreetly and directly by customer support. Given what you see these days (last week someone tried to charge me double for delivery on a very expensive product because the parcel was returned, even though I hadn’t received a dispatch notification), this is definitely a very positive aspect worth highlighting! I also used to have the Purifier Large, which worked brilliantly, as I now live in Vienna where the water is already lime-free anyway. So, a big shout-out to Aarke and Klara from support ^^.
Great carbonator but cylinder issues and terrible customer service
The carbonator is nice - definitely a better design than competitors such as Sodastream, both better-looking and more effective, with a handle instead of a button to press. However, getting replacement cylinders is currently impossible; they messed up my order, told me they were out of stock when I contacted customer service, then when I followed up again to ask when there would be stock, told me they'd messed up my order (and I guess lied to me the first time?) and that I had to place it again, and then a week later, after multiple follow-ups, told me that they were out of stock again and didn't have any cylinders to fulfill my order. And yet if you order cylinders early, so that you can go through all of this mess and not run out, they'll charge you £50 if you don't exchange your current cylinders within a week. It might be worth buying the carbonator, if you're happy using compatible competitor cylinders with it, but if you're not, be prepared.
Replaced coffee machine - boom!
My new coffee machine was left in my summerhouse over the winter and - for some reason still unknown - was leaking water when restarted in spring-26. I wrote to Aarke and the immediately promised a new machine directly. Like a few days later a new coffee machine in my hands. That’s what I call brand value 🙏🏻💯👍🏼👍🏼

I love my carbonator pro and am impressed with client service. The initial device received was defective, and they promptly sent a replacement. Super responsive and I will without doubt recommend them.
Exceptional machines, product and customer service
I purchased the Coffee Brewing Machine first and loved it immediately, so I followed up with buying the bean grinder unit as well. They work together to grind the exact amount of beans needed for the amount of coffee I am making with the Coffee maker unit. It allows you to simplify making a great cup or cups of coffee each morning with freshly ground beans and makes one of the best tasting cups of coffee I have made in my coffee drinking lifetime. After buying and using just about every maker's top of the line machines, from the drip to the automatic espresso and drink machines of today, I finally found the Aarke line that has created machines without major plastic parts and that is designed with such thought and care to alleviate those issues that all the brewing devices have. What takes this machine over the top - I would give it more than 5 stars easily, is the superb customer service and support that you get from the Aarke team. They are there to answer questions and help you through making the products they sell work just as they promise they should.
Replaced my faulty kettle without any hassle
My Aarke kettle stopped responding out of nowhere. Contacted support, provided a video and serial numbers, and Aarke quickly concluded it needed replacing. They sent a return label, and once shipped, provided a 100% discount code plus free shipping to order a new one directly from their site. Clean, straightforward process. Maria in Nordic support was responsive and handled everything professionally. Genuinely good customer service.
