We also offer a procurement-based service, using our vast network of knowledge and business connections to source a huge range of building products. We are excited to be launching our flagship product, EXADECK, A Class non-combustible decking, to market under our Fire Deck brand. The right product
I was pleased to get the type of product required, waterproof exterior foam, in a gun variety as most retailers sell a similar product that is not waterproof and UV stable - easy to make a mistake and the prices are still not excessive in comparison. Service good and delivery quick.

The next email I got said that they had cancelled my order and refunded.
I had to contact them to find out why.
Apparently they were wrongly priced.
Quite petty considering the small amount involved.

After a software update and data sync, our website pricing had some unexpected errors, which resulted in some products displaying and offering incorrect pricing.
Whilst the order value may have been low, it was too low for us to honour. Our system did send you an email notification which did include an explanation and reason but again, due to the software and data sync this wasn't included in the email you received.
