I had a fantastic experience with the Abt delivery team at my home in Morton Grove. The driver, Andy Gonzalez, and his helper, Joshua Alvarez, gave me a helpful courtesy call right before arriving so I knew exactly when to expect them. They were highly professional, delivered my new refrigerator perfectly, and took care of the old appliance removal and recycling quickly and efficiently. Great service all around from Andy and Joshua!

Wow! Abt price was the lowest for a great garbage disposal recommended by Consumer Reports. The customer representative was awesome and the shipping was prompt. I’m a pleased customer.

Our Samsung fridge had quit making ice and one of the solutions was to change the water filter...oops, we hadn't changed the filter in the 5 years we had owned the fridge. I googled where to buy a filter and Amazon was top of the list, then I saw Abt Electronics next. So I compared the two. The price was the same and although, there is a HUGE Amazon warehouse about a mile away, Abt could deliver 2 days earlier, so I gave them a try and everything went perfect! The new filter is installed and the fridge is again making ice. Would purchase from again.

I bought a Frigidaire Gallery range that was on recall. The recalled part was replaced and I had an additional 4 service calls each for a separate issue with range. ABT agreed to replace only after Electrolux agreed to reimburse them. I paid additional $400 for GE Profile yesterday. The range arrived and the hinges on the sides of the oven are protruding and several screws are missing. A piece of the frame at top of stove has gap and slides on and out when you touch. I also believe the model I received is a year old. I have to call and arrange for replacement again. The products I am receiving are faulty and low quality. I will ask for reimbursement so I can purchase quality product elsewhere.

The installers were right on time. They encountered a problem removing out old stove and knew exactly what to do. They instructed us on the procedure when you get a new stove and also told us we could reach out for help any time. This was definitely the best delivery and installation of an appliance we have ever had.

After a stock issue with my order, one of the ABT managers, Dan, personally contacted me to address the situation. He was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue with my order. While the initial experience was rocky, Dan's excellent customer service and dedication to making things right really impressed me. Thank you, Dan, for stepping up and fixing the problem. I now better understand why you have been in this business for 90 years

The salesperson, Mark, was excellent and very helpful. The delivery was on time and the
installation was done with outstanding professionalism. The technicians explained everything about the dryer and provided a great experience, the best ever. All of my future appliance purchases will be from ABT!

The take your money and then don't deliver. They lie. They deny chat, phone call and email.

We had some level of anxiety about the process of replacing our double wall oven. As soon as your team arrived, they showed total confidence in getting the job done. And they did a fantastic job! Our expectations were exceeded. Big thanks to the delivery team from ABT!!

When I placed my order online, I was unaware that this was just a "drop off service" and was alerted to it after I had already paid. I used the online Chat feature and the rep assured me they would carry it up to the 2nd floor for me. My A/C purchase arrived fairly close to the expected time which was late into the evening. I was able to use the tracking link to gauge the arrival time, however; my delivery rep Ronald communicated his schedule prior to the delivery. He was so pleasant, professional, and extremely considerate. When I tried to tip him he would not accept it. He thanked me for my business a couple of times and had a smile on his face the whole time. I would use this service again in a heartbeat! Plus Ronald was just awesome. Thank you!

I keep coming back to Abt. Their website is extremely user-friendly. Shipping is always quick. And every item I have ordered from them has been perfect.

Our of our new washer and drier was seamless. Our ABT delivery team, Tony and Richard, were so friendly, respectful and efficient. Our home has narrow entrances, hallways and staircase with a challenging 2nd floor laundry closet. Our old machines were quickly removed. Tony went the extra mile by fixing our gas connection. Everything was tidy and quick. Couldn't be happier.

I had ordered a Bissell Big Green Machine Professional Carpet Cleaner from Abt to prepare for guests arriving last Sunday. While the product unfortunately stopped working shortly after I began using it, the way the Abt representative handled the situation over the phone was remarkable. After a disappointing interaction with Bissell's technical support, I called Abt and spoke with a gentleman who was incredibly helpful. He listened to my concerns and immediately sent a return label.

I was thoroughly impressed to see that as soon as Abt received the defective unit, a replacement was shipped out later that same day. While the product itself was a letdown, the level of customer service provided by Abt was incredible. They truly accommodated my situation and turned a stressful experience into a positive one.

This was my first time shopping at Abt, but it won’t be my last!

The two ABT deliverymen were awesome. I had an ancient Chambers wall oven. It is brick lined so VERY HEAVY. It was difficult to uninstall but they did it. Installed my new Kitchenaid and perfectly and showed me how to use it. They were great.
