Poor when spending 1500
Had to phone them 5x due to 3 separate incomplete orders.
Surprised no one called to let me know, also promised a callback with situation update but sadly nothing on 2 occasions.

I’ve never come across customer service…
I’ve never come across customer service like this before — truly top‑level professionalism. My parcel arrived on time, but I realised it wasn’t what I wanted and returned it. Without knowing, my child had put a small toy in the box. I received my refund quickly, and later got a notification about a parcel on the way, which I assumed was just an update about the return.
To my surprise, the next day a parcel arrived — they had sent the toy back to me by next‑day delivery. The toy was worth maybe £1, and they still took the time and cost to return it, even though I had already been refunded and they made no profit from my order.
I couldn’t believe it. Such a thoughtful gesture and absolutely outstanding customer service. A big thank you — a really lovely surprise and a company that truly cares.
