I would definitely recommend booking with Ace, everything was organised perfectly and made my experience so easy and smooth as I didn’t have to worry about anything throughout my travels they had every detail sorted for us.

I had an absolutely incredible time on my trip to Thailand, and I can’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish, everything was organised seamlessly, which made the whole experience completely stress-free and enjoyable.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations — every hostel was clean, comfortable, and in perfect locations that made it easy to explore and make the most of each destination. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into planning every detail.

What really made the trip special, though, was the people. I’ve come away with friendships that I know will last a lifetime, which is something I’ll always be grateful for.

A special mention has to go to Jay, the manager, who truly went above and beyond. Even when he wasn’t physically there, he still did everything he could to help in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he was always supportive, full of positive energy, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best experience possible.

I also have to mention Pop, our local Thai guide, who was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly nature really brought the whole experience to life and made each moment even more memorable.

Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure, and I’d highly recommend this company to anyone considering a trip like this.

Had an amazing time in Thailand with Ace! Jay the tour organiser made sure everything was always organised and smooth and always helped with any issues, met some amazing people and made great memories would really recommend!

Travel Agency and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was so well organised, from the accommodation to the activities, and it made travelling completely stress-free.

Pops, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He made the whole trip fun, smooth, and memorable, always making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves.

My experience with ace was absolutely fantastic, I had no issues with it whatsoever.
The trip was extremely organised from start to finish, from the transfers, hostel check ins and activities, it ran so smoothly. The additional activities was worth every penny, I’ve made some unforgettable memories and met the most amazing people, who I plan on seeing and travelling with in the foreseeable future. Without ace I wouldn’t have been able to travel alone, despite being a “solo traveller” and making my own way there. Once I arrived, I never felt alone and felt extremely supported by Pops (one of the reps). Pops is a very kind and caring soul and he made my experience so much better with how positive and supportive he was. You can see Pops really enjoys his job and cares about each and every one of us in that group. He made time for those who needed that extra attention etc and was always making sure everybody was doing okay. With this it felt so reassuring and less daunting as there was always that comfort blanket to go to, pops was that comfort blanket. In terms of communication, Jay has been brilliant in regard to response time via messages, despite the time differences. He always provided me with loads of information on any questions and queries I had, yet again keeping me reassured throughout my trip with Ace. I highly recommend Ace for first time travellers as it takes away all the pressures of booking hostels, activities and transfers and you can just relax and create memories of a lifetime. Thank you Ace, I will be seeing you in July for Bali :).

A great experience! It was the perfect mix of freedom and structure — you’re fully in control of what you want to do, while still having a schedule planned out for you. I made so many new friends along the way, which made the whole experience even better. We also got to do activities I probably never would have thought to book myself, and they ended up being some of the best parts of the trip. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for fun, adventure, and great people to travel with.

I did the Thailand Intro tour with Ace and it was brilliant from start to finish. The itinerary was packed but never stressful. Bangkok temples, Chiang Mai markets, the ethical elephant sanctuary, Pai sunsets, and tubing down the river were definite highlights.

Everything was organised really well. The group leader Jay was sound and the whole trip felt easy and social. If you want to see the best of North Thailand without worrying about planning, this is a great way to do it.

I can’t recommend Ace Travels enough after such an incredible experience. From the very start, their support was amazing, they created a group chat before the trip, which made it so easy to connect with the other people on your trip beforehand and get to know each other. Throughout the journey, Ace communication was consistent and reassuring, and it always felt like help was there whenever I needed it.

Neena, our tour guide, was just phenomenal. She was a complete ball of energy with such a warm and vibrant personality that made every day even more enjoyable. She brought the group together, kept spirits high, and made the entire trip unforgettable. Her knowledge and passion for Thailand really shone through—we learned so much about the culture, traditions, and people. Neena was so supportive always asking if I was okay and how she could help me next, she was absolutely amazing and helped to make the trip what it was.

On this trip I met so many new people which gave me friendships I’ll cherish forever and memories I’ll never forget. Ace is a great way to meet new people who are in the exact same position as you, as I travelled alone the other people in my group were also travelling solo and not at any point of that trip I felt alone,

I’ve just finished my Thailand Island hopper January 2026 tour with ace- Saul being my tour rep.
