AC Infinity Reviews 

I really wanted to like AC Infinity. That's why I bought a 5x5 AC Infinity grow tent from my local grow store. The day I set it up, I got zipped inside of it and it was FULL of light leaks I had to patch with black tape. A few years later I bought a humidifier from AC Infinity that worked great for about 6 months until the humidity sensor simply stopped working and I can no longer use it for anything but general humidification. A few months ago I decided to give them one last chance and bought a Terraform 8 because of having temp issues. It wasn't running a month, and I came to find it on but not pumping any air as well as not letting me access any buttons. I had to unplug it from the wall, wait 10 mins and then replug it for it to work again. It has now happened TWICE in the first 2 months I've owned it. I am completely done flushing my money down the toilet with AC Infinity.

Agent was very helpful and quickly got back to me with responses and updates. Kept fully in the loop and problem was resolved expeditiously. Awesome customer service practices.

I love these products I have the whole system vent fan oscillator fan humidifier controller and plugs they work with my device I will definitely recommend these products to family and friends

Just a shout out to the drying net. When they said it's also for seed, they weren't kidding. I have 2 other nets, which I thought I liked pretty well until I bought the A/C infinity Drying net. I breed, so collecting seed is very important. I had 5 different strains, all seeded, in that one net. As I pulled the buds out to cure, seeds were left on the netting. I put my hand underneath, to collect what I thought would fall through, but none did. ZERO seeds fell through to next level. Great job A/C infinity....

Everybody pretty much understands that customer service these days is a thing of the past. Companies don't want to talk to you and they don't want to help you. But AC Infinity just blew that right out of the water. Their electric sprayers are absolutely incredible for people who have plants or reptiles or birds. You charge the sprayer and then all you have to do is push the button once and it turns on. And it has a very long runtime as well. For everybody who has to keep squeezing a trigger or pumping a sprayer this is a game changer. So right off the bat they have a great project. I had a minor, and I mean minor problem, with the nozzle after about a year and I reached out to the company. Marissa immediately took charge of the issue and could not have been any nicer, or responsive during the entire time I was dealing with her. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but from beginning to end she was amazing. I cannot speak more highly of the company or the product or Marissa, because on a scale of one to 10 they are definitely a 20. AC Infinity really is that good. I usually think that reviews are a waste of time but in this particular situation I was more than happy to write one. AC Infinity must be very pleased to be able to produce such a fantastic sprayer, and I am sure that they are aware and very pleased that such a quality individual is representing the company in such a positive manner. It really felt like I was dealing with a friend and Marissa went above and beyond anything I expected. I hope they stay in business for a long time because not only am I extremely satisfied customer, I am now a lifelong customer.

What made my experience great? The fact my communications was with a real person. My expectations was exceeded exponentially by the fact my Terraform 7 issue was correctly diagnosed and verified. Because of Desire, I have a new unit on the way, all under 48hrs. About 24 of those 48 hours was me procrastinating on providing proper technical information. "Bassdropkeys on Youtube" is absolutely correct in saying that AC Infinity has top-tier customer service. 👏

I ordered a humidity dome that arrived with one of the vents broken. I inquired about ordering a replacement and Nick is sending one free of charge. Very fast and friendly service. Thank you.

My last T6 inline fan has run more or less 365,24/7 for more than 3 years with no complaints.So i Bought 4 new S6 inline fans and the AI+ Controller 😁
Honestly it made me feel so happy, because now i dont have to worry about a thing.It all runs automatic 😁😁😁
When i set that humidity to 65% and pressed confirm, i was so grateful to see it starts and stops to keep it at 65%. It just works perfect !

Good customer service as always. I've been a customer for a while now, at first customer service wasnt great, really seems to have turned a corner. Every interaction has been great now. Excellent job.

Also, can we get a drying preset function for controller ai for equipment profiles and way to save our grow information (presets and names) for easy recall? I have different VPD or humidity metrics that I like for different stages of plant development. Thanks! :-)

I had limited information and my communication skills are not the best, but even this being the case, they took care of me with a replacement promptly and professionally, I could not recommend a better company in today’s cannabis market

This may work for a 1 by 1 tent but I bought one for my 4by4 and one for my 5by5 and the only difference I seen was a raise in temperature. Just another ac infinity botched idea.

I had a great experience with AC Infinity’s customer support and wanted to give a shoutout to Nick for going above and beyond.

I ran into an issue with a UIS wireless transmitter where the numbers weren’t matching correctly. I reached out to support, and Nick handled everything quickly and professionally. He understood the problem right away and made the process easy—no back-and-forth or hassle.

Best part: they sent me out a brand new 2-pack replacement, which completely resolved the issue.
