Good but a lot slower than advertised
Update: Acnhmall have been in contact since this review and have given me lots of lovely gifts as compensation. Apparently there was a Joycon issue that caused the delay in dropping things off. I have now updated my review from 3 to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service.
First time using this service. It took 20 minutes to get to my island (a second dodo had to be sent as the first did not work). Once she got there, it took a further 25 minutes to drop off items. There were over 60 items but she kept pausing for a few minutes after dropping a dozen or so items. (possibly dealing with other customers, I don't know.) I did ask if she had connection issues and she said not). I have experienced Nookmart before and that many items would only take a couple of minutes to offload, not 25 minutes.
I am pleased with the items ordered and the bonus items unlocked in the order process, but very disappointed with the amount of time it took to drop off. It might be because they were short staffed, but it would have been nice if they had told me.
