Three stars are honestly generous...

The website and purchasing process were straightforward, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Communication was poor, with my questions often receiving irrelevant answers, and the delivery took around a week despite expectations of a much faster shipment; the package was also damaged in transit, leaving the item itself scratched and scuffed, although still functional. Even worse, the company seemed completely unconcerned and defended the courier’s poor service, so three stars is honestly generous.
